You can learn about the farm and book one of our tours, or just relax and enjoy the views. Join us for Sundowners & Dinner at the homestead on Saturday night only. Sundowners in the paddock for sunset followed by dinner at the house. We offer a number of options, three of which are open to camping of all types from tents through to motorhomes. The Hut campsite is a flat 'ledge' that has on old hut built on it. This old hut is derelict now, however, the original owner used it for 'tordoning crews'. The Ridge traverses the entire length of Evergreen. From the ridge you have views in all directions. We have a beautiful large dam, where our Dam campsite is located, that is home to turtles, water dragons and birds. We also have the Beachy River campsite which is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles and walk in campers. Guests must be self-contained with own toilet. Campfires permitted.

Welcome to GlenEllen Farm a 43-acre Macadamia Farm, just 15 minutes from Tiaro and Maryborough. Located off the Bruce Highway, we’re easy to access without adding extra time to your journey. Relax and enjoy a stroll through our macadamia groves or take in the peaceful surroundings. We’re pet-friendly (as long as your furry friends avoid the trees and nuts and stay on lead) and offer facilities for families, including a playground, chook pen, and a sunset area with tables. We’ll happily show you around when you arrive—just be nice, and we’ll make sure you have a great visit! We have 7 private off grid style sites to choose from. Guests must be self contained with their own toilet facilities.

Hidden Camp was our first ever hipcamp and it was amazing. Quiet, lots of friendly ducks, donkeys, horses, chickens. Callam and Leah were super friendly and kept asking if we needed anything. Being close to the Bruce Hwy it was well positioned with lots of trees for shade, a few dams and a creek. We will also be back for sure

Very quiet lovely open rolling green fields, lots of flat areas, the dam was lovely and warm for swimming or kayaking and the river walk on the river side was very pretty. Internet service was very hit and miss couldn't monitor the storm activity

The site was perfectly remote and peaceful, aside from the babbling of the Mary River across the shoal of rocks, the numerous birds, and the wind in the trees. The turtles basking on the log kept us busy as did the little red dragonfly that visited each morning and flitted about. Very pleasant.

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere initiated by John. Lot's of room for us in the Main Camp. My 7.7m long Mitsubishi Rosa (bus to motorhome conversion) handled the interesting track in from the main road without any issues at all. I quite like this park and look forward to future camps there.

We loved staying at big rocks bush retreat. They were very accommodating and the area was just beautiful to stay. Next time. We will try out a different camp but enjoyed the one we stayed at near main camp was good to be able to bring the dogs and the bikes and have a great weekend away with family.

Fantastic Aussie bush property on the Mary river, plus a spring fed lake with beautiful water. The mornings were great foggy cool mornings , the weather had been dry for a whole Le so the grass was getting hard and dry, the horses are beautiful and love a pat. Playing golf on the makeshift gym of coarse was a bit of fun with the boys. The only problem we had was someone on an adjacent property was having what they called a party to all hours of the morning so you could just hear the bass till 7am, but that can happen anywhere. Would go again.

Great spot!! Even better host!! Prefect long weekend get away. Yes the banks of the river are steep but not impossible to get up and down and the fishing was awesome. Few campers but it’s well big enough not to hear any noise Thanks Warren, be back soon
