Absolutely amazing! A hidden gem, outside of Maryborough, well worth the stay if youre heading past! Amenities and facilities are top notch! And care taker Jane is the perfect touch to top it off. Even delivered us a bit of firewood to get us started!

We loved our stay at The Timber Mill. Jane the caretaker welcomed us then showed us around then promptly delivered some fire wood. It’s a very relaxing spot to unwind in a beautiful cleared bush setting. Facility’s were excellent & clean with good hot showers. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our get a way at Timbermill. This rural off grid property has plenty of room to find your own little space away from other campers or closer to the amazing ammenities if that's what you prefer.
There is a nice creek and small town within a short drive from the property.
If you love all the charm the Australian bush has to offer and looking for an escape from the business of more populated places I would definitely recommend this one.
Also plenty of chopped firewood is available for your convenience.
Will definitely be back.

What a gorgeous place to camp! The facilities are well maintained, there’s plenty of space for the kids to run around and we loved being able to choose any spot on the property. We took advantage of the loads of firewood, it made for the perfect night by the fire. We’ll definitely be going back again and again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Timbermill! Such a beautiful working Timbermill but still with modern, well-kept facilities and plenty of space to relax. The grounds are spacious, peaceful, and incredibly quiet — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature.
Our kids absolutely loved being able to run around freely and safely, which made the experience even more special for our whole family. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the calm, friendly atmosphere.
We would highly recommend Timbermill, especially for groups and events, the Shed and facilities are perfect!
We can’t wait to come back!

This was rugged off grid camping in a hot and dusty place. The caretaker was great and so were the amenities but we will not be back

I’m afraid the place did not meet expectations. It was hot and dusty and not much grass with loads of dead trees pushed into piles around the place. On a positive note the the caretakers were excellent as were the amenities . Heaps of free firewood for the evening fire pit. Not very picturesque and nowhere to walk.

The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful so many gorgeous birds and the view of the stars is divine. We stayed in the converted shed which was fantastic (and super clean and tidy!) however great amenities available for campers too! The lovely caretakers Tony and Carole was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This property would be ideal for a celebration due to the huge shed and stage setup - very cool!

Timber Mill Station is a great campsite, with good facilities including a dump spot. It's quite secluded but ideally located near other interesting regional areas and small towns. My friends and I had been on a short getaway for a birthday celebration and did like a 'loop' ..,. Country pub, winery etc and this was a great spot to finish off before we headed home. The hosts are onsite and were so friendly and helpful, bringing us a big fire drum & a wonderful supply of firewood. Recommended.

Hi, highly recommend Timber Mill Station, amazing area, super clean and awesome toilets and showers and laundry facilities. Also had Dumo Point and waste disposal.
We were with a 9m caravan for 5 nights in such a peaceful bushland area. Open site One.
Hosts, Carol and Tony are excellent. They are friendly, helpful and caring. They maintain this bush retreat to a tee. Nothing was too much, supplied fire pot and wood for the time we were there.
Will definitely come back again when in the area and highly recommend this camp site.

Loved camping at Timber Mill Station. Very relaxing and peaceful spot. You get to pick where you want to setup. The amenities were super clean and the caretakers and owners are friendly. The place was easy to find. No need to bring your own firewood 🏕️.

An excellent spot to be off grid yet still have the comforts of a hot shower, camp kitchen and flushing toilets! Plenty of room to either be in a secluded spot or have a large group together. The owners have hit the jackpot with such friendly and capable caretakers.
