We have a private 20 acres of shady land not far from the pretty town of Childers. Our property features a spring-fed creek with fish. Bring your fishing rods as there is silver perch and perch for catch and release fishing only. The rest of the property features open grasslands and bush. We are pet friendly, unpowered sites with access to a flushing portaloo toilet. Campers must have everything they need and leave no trace. Just 20 minutes inland from the beautiful coastal beaches. With flat and comfortable sites, this is a haven for anyone venturing to the Fraser Coast. It's a 2 minute drive into town for supplies and where you can enjoy a range of pubs, cafes and shops. Lots of things to do and see in the area including a bird park and the Snakes Down Under display. *Booked campsites - please note on arrival you will be directed to our general camping areas, you are free to pick any spot to set up your camp.

We're halfway between Gympie and the Coast, Inskip Point, Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay, with grassy, level campsites looking over our beautiful billabong. There is a shop attached to the premises where LPG etc can be acquired, plus caravan and boat parts available as well as a workshop. We provide portable toilets, bore water available also. Sites are $18 a night for 2 guests, $5 a night for extra guests. Come and say g'day!

90 acres of natural bushland with 300 meters of Mary River frontage. This is a great place for a base camp to explore the region. Campsites are nestled amongst trees. There's nothing here but peace and quiet, spacious sites. The banks of the river are quite high and there is limited access into the water. There are 2 boat ramps about 7 or 8 klms from the property. Arrive between midday and 2pm if possible so you can set up your camp. Don't forget to bring your insect repellent as you are in the bush and beside the river. We have also just built a shelter shed/camp kitchen have 1000 litre water pods. No rubbish bins at the camp so bring everything you need & remove everything you bring. - Dogs welcome. Due to past incidents, friendly, non -aggressive dogs only please. - Campfires permitted in designated areas when restrictions aren't in place - Free firewood, gather fallen timber from the land This is a quiet and safe bush setting in natural Australian bush. Mary River Bush Camp is set on 80 acres of natural bushland just 9 klms from the historic city of Maryborough. This is the perfect spot to rest and recover. There is a drop toilet available.

Greens Creek Country Stay is located just 12 minutes from Gympie Centro, 5 minutes from the new highway bypass, 48 minutes from Rainbow Beach, and 56 minutes from Noosa’s Hastings Street. There are two gate openings to navigate through to reach the camping paddock — 2 4.2m gate openings (both pictured in the photos). The property does not provide any facilities, so campers must be self-sufficient and take all waste with them. The entire property is 7 acres, and the paddock available for camping offers beautiful sunset views. It’s a large grassy area fully dog fenced surrounded on two sides by dairy farms — the cows often come up to the fence in the afternoons to say hello! The other two sides border our horse paddock and a paddock with cows, sheep, and goats. There is a photo showing the layout of sites 1–5 and directions to the camping paddock. We have several friendly animals on the property. Please do not feed them any scraps. You may meet our horse, Nulla (he loves carrots!), and our cattle: Molly, King Harold, Queen Annie, Sparkles, and Flossy. Note: animals may not always be on the property — if this is the reason for your visit, please message me beforehand to confirm. Animal feeding can sometimes be arranged for guests; please message me after booking to check availability. Smoking is allowed on the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly — we ask that no trace is left behind for the safety of our animals, wildlife, and future campers. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is seen off-leash, you may be asked to leave for the safety of our animals. Please pick up after your pet. Paralysis ticks are common in this area, so ensure your dog is treated before arrival. Quiet time is after 10 p.m. — please be respectful of neighbours and other campers. Family group bookings are welcome. For stays longer than 7 days, feel free to message me to discuss extended options. Fire pits are supplied (one per site). Firewood will be supplied for free until notified otherwise. Fires are permitted unless a fire ban is in place. If there has been significant rainfall, the paddock may only be accessible by 4WD. Fantastic Hipcamp! Heaps of grass spots to choose from, free firewood, lots of nature - including fireflies, which we've never seen before. Shane, the host, was great and checked in with us to let us know a storm was coming. Stayed a week, but could easily have stayed for longer.

Billabong Breeze is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful — they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained with large, lush grassy areas that are nicely spread out, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy and the billabong is a nice touch! The toilets were impressively clean and well looked after. It’s clear that a lot of care and pride goes into keeping this place in top condition. Whether you’re after peace and quiet, a scenic escape, or just a well-run campsite with lovely hosts, Billabong Breeze ticks every box. We’ll definitely be back! 😀👍

We had a lovely stay at billabong breeze. Large sites & very accommodating hosts. George is always up for chat & comes around to make sure everything is ok. Road noise is there but after a night you don’t seem to notice it. It was a long weekend so probably more traffic than usual. Sublime brewery is a few minutes drive up the road & is worth going to for entertainment & a meal.

Beautiful spot to camp & relax for a few days. Very friendly owners & it was lovely & quiet with pretty views of the stream in front of the sites. Good spot as only 35 mins from Rainbow beach so it was nice to do a trip there but was also great to just chill out in nature! Easy access to water & portable toilet.
