Hidden Creek Farm QLD – Your Private Slice of Nature Escape to 26 acres of peaceful countryside, where farm meets forest along the banks of beautiful Myrtle Creek. Whether you prefer wide open grassy fields or a quiet spot tucked among the trees, there’s a perfect place here to set up camp and unwind. To keep things spacious and relaxed, each site is limited to one vehicle and one camp setup, so everyone can enjoy their own slice of serenity. There’s plenty to see and do during your stay: 🍃 Unwind with a drink at our scenic creek lookout 🛶 Take a kayak out and explore the rainforest waterways (free to use) 🦘 Spot local wildlife including turtles, echidnas, kangaroos, Mary River cod, and countless bird species 🛝 Let the kids run wild on the playground 🐐Say hi to our pygmy goats and sheeps. Bags of treats for the animals available at our shop. 🏖️ Find our little hidden beach perfect for a fish or a dip for you or our pet. Flynn’s Nature Camp Tucked away beneath the trees, Flynn’s Nature Camp offers a peaceful, secluded escape with easy access to the creek and playground. This is where you come to slow down, switch off, and truly reconnect with nature. Each site is thoughtfully spaced and limited to one vehicle and one camp setup, ensuring a private and relaxed experience for every guest. Wake to the soft sounds of the bush and, if you’re lucky, watch our resident kangaroos grazing on the morning dew just beyond your camp—an unforgettable way to start the day. Access: Entry is via a steep dirt and gravel track, adding to the sense of adventure and exclusivity. A 4WD is recommended, particularly after rain, and access may be limited during periods of heavy rainfall. Great location with hidden, private camp spots and a lovely fireplace available. The owner, Janita, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If you forget any basic groceries or firewood, no stress: there’s a small convenience shop on-site where you can pick up essentials like toothpaste, milk, sunscreen, and even butane BBQ gas. 🙂

We had a great overnight stay! Janita was super responsive and gave us great directions as we were arriving late, and Mary the dog kindly showed us to the campsite when we arrived 😅 Toilets and hot shower were great and we enjoyed a paddle down the creek in the morning - would love to come back again!!

The stay at Hidden Creek was beautiful! There was lots of space to walk and ride out push bikes! The fire pits and areas were all clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back! Beautiful spot!

We had such a great staybeven for ONE night. The shower setup was honestly one of the most intuitive and easy-to-use we’ve come across at a campsite — simple, practical, and just works!! The whole property has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and Mary the dog absolutely made our trip. She’s so friendly that even our 2year old ran off playing with her like they’d known each other for years!!!

We really enjoyed our stay - we were the only campers there! It was lovely to visit the creek and take the kayak out. We had our dog with us, who quickly became friends with Mary! It was a peaceful, clean and well thought out camping space. Toilet and shower were clean and easy to use. Thank you Janita for creating such a safe and welcoming space to stay 🌿

We arrived late but still got the big fire pit to ourselves, plenty of space between camping parties. Good amenities. Kayaking was a little tricky due to submerged trees blocking the river but still fun to have a float around the small accessible area!

Had a wonderful visit! The camp spots were well kept and very relaxing. The farm had animals which were free roaming and made it extra social waking up to sheep just at our door step Loved it and would recommend to anyone!

There was plenty of room to have several campers and lots of space in between sites. I arrived after dark, was able to find a relatively level spot and remain hooked up (drive through). I was only there for an overnight stay during a long-haul trip I cannot really speak to a more long-term stay — it was nice and quiet and I felt safe as a single female traveller.

We like camping at Hidden Creek Farm! It is wonderful area to get away from city and go for a road trip. We enjoyed staying there! Area is clean, playground and the farm are beautiful and the dog that guided us to the camp is amazing 🤩 We also enjoyed playing with dog and walking around the farm. Thank you for hosting us and maintaining such a wonderful place to camp 🏕️ We will certainly comeback 😊

Awesome spot! Had a lovely time with the family, hosts have done an amazing job making their land family friendly including a playground. Flynns creek is closer to the showers which are hot and amazing! However a bit of a hill to get there. Also the Creek is a little bit of a walk from flynns camp so be prepared for that but Awesome spot for fishing and kayaking. Our doggo sunnie LOVED playing with Mary the FarmDog♡

We loved tent camping at Hidden Creek Camp. The hosts are delightful and easy to communicate with. The sites were well maintained with lovely firepits, plenty of firewood and lots of shade (at Flynn's camp). Amenities were clean and the farm itself is so cute with sheep, goats & chickens to enjoy. This is a very peaceful spot with beautiful creek access which I would highly recommend to friends looking for a calm, kid friendly spot.
