Hidden Creek Farm QLD – Your Private Slice of Nature Escape to 26 acres of peaceful countryside, where farm meets forest along the banks of beautiful Myrtle Creek. Whether you prefer wide open grassy fields or a quiet spot tucked among the trees, there’s a perfect place here to set up camp and unwind. To keep things spacious and relaxed, each site is limited to one vehicle and one camp setup, so everyone can enjoy their own slice of serenity. There’s plenty to see and do during your stay: 🍃 Unwind with a drink at our scenic creek lookout 🛶 Take a kayak out and explore the rainforest waterways (free to use) 🦘 Spot local wildlife including turtles, echidnas, kangaroos, Mary River cod, and countless bird species 🛝 Let the kids run wild on the playground 🐐Say hi to our pygmy goats and sheeps. Bags of treats for the animals available at our shop. 🏖️ Find our little hidden beach perfect for a fish or a dip for you or our pet. Amenities: 2 drop toilets (one at each campground) Hot shower located at Flynn’s Camp Moveable fire pits plus one built-in fire pit Firewood bundles available for purchase (no fires permitted on the ground) Nearby: Easy access to Mary River boat ramps (both fresh and saltwater) Courtesy bus available to the Royal Hotel Tiaro (Friday–Saturday, bookings required directly with the hotel) 📍 Located in Pioneer’s Rest, just 7 minutes north of Tiaro and 20 minutes south of Maryborough. Flynn’s Nature Camp Tucked away beneath the trees, Flynn’s Nature Camp offers a peaceful, secluded escape with easy access to the creek and playground. This is where you come to slow down, switch off, and truly reconnect with nature. Each site is thoughtfully spaced and limited to one vehicle and one camp setup, ensuring a private and relaxed experience for every guest. Wake to the soft sounds of the bush and, if you’re lucky, watch our resident kangaroos grazing on the morning dew just beyond your camp—an unforgettable way to start the day. Access: Entry is via a steep dirt and gravel track, adding to the sense of adventure and exclusivity. A 4WD is recommended, particularly after rain, and access may be limited during periods of heavy rainfall. Fire & Wood: 🔥Shared fire pits are dotted throughout the camp (limited availability) 🔥Collect fallen timber from the ground for your fire 🔥Firewood bundles also available for purchase
