We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Glass house mountains are a 20-25min drive for some great hikes and if you make it to the top some worthy photos. Brisbane is 45min drive with no traffic. Bribie island is a 22min drive with lots of great cafes and flat walks available. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. There is a designated area for Hip-Camp straight and to the right near the fire pit and bucket. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead if they do not recall or like to chase wildlife. As we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.

Please keep your food and rubbish up high so the doggos and other critters don't help themselves Please keep in mind that this Hipcamp is a 'Farm Stay', on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you're looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you. A grassy flat tent site is tucked away shaded by trees. Powered Caravan site is also grassy and flat with a large area for kids to play. If you choose to set up in the open away from the trees the house will be in sight (45m away), but we live a quiet life and respect your privacy. The property is on the Brisbane River, the site offers river glimpses however there is no river access. Suitable for tents, campers trailers, caravans and RV's. We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, please go to 'extras' to add to your booking alterantively purchase on arrival. Power (10amp) and drinkable water is available close to campsite. You must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included, however long range water tank fill ups incur a one off extra fee of $10, please include this in your booking under extras. No dogs please, Ockie and Arlo are the masters of their domain and don't like doggy interlopers. NB: The site is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings.

The knight Ranch is a small hobby farm with beautiful flat grassy fields, Established trees providing plenty of shade. Wildlife a plenty. With resident animals tawny frog mouth and ducks. The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations set up with rocks. Sunrises through the trees over the wetland/bushes. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. Glass house mountains are a 20-25min drive for some great hikes and if you make it to the top some worthy photos. Brisbane is 45min drive with no traffic. Bribie island is a 22min drive with lots of great cafes and flat walks available. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. There is a designated area for Hip-Camp straight and to the right near the fire pit and bucket. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead if they do not recall or like to chase wildlife. As we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.
