The campsite is situated on the beach, sheltered by the sheoaks in the back dunes. At the rear of the campsite lies a freshwater lagoon, locally known as the keyholes. Currently, there are four sites available to be booked. There is a camp kitchen with a two gas burner, all pots and pans, plates and cutlery with table and chairs to sit at. There is also a big esky there to use for either your food or drinks. Fresh water is provided in twenty litre drums. The bush shower works on the keg being heated up just like a kettle. Once it is hot then a nice warm shower is to be had to wash off all the salt from the ocean. There is also two compost toilets for your convenience. A unique feature includes the opportunity for surfing, fishing, and swimming in your private lagoon. A short drive will take you to Point Lookout. 10 minutes and you are at the pub mixing with the locals. Access is via the beach only and tides are a consideration. Please check "Point Lookout tides" on Willy Weather. I don't normally travel on the beach if the tide is over 1.5 metres. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is required. Camper trailers can be brought in as they are light. Caravans are not permitted due to the tight turning circles.

We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. Each site comes with its own fire pit, and firewood is available to purchase. Best suited to self-contained campers, our property also offers access to a toilet and water on-site. Surrounded by natural bushland, wetland areas and open paddocks, this is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a more rustic, down-to-earth stay. Spend your time wandering the property, enjoying bush walks, relaxing by the fire, and meeting some of our friendly farm animals including chickens, calves, goats, sheep and horses. Fresh free-range eggs may also be available for purchase during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring their own motorbikes to enjoy existing trails around the property where suitable. On selected weekends, there may also be opportunities to enjoy extra farm-style activities such as horse riding, clay target shooting, animal feeding and fishing, depending on availability. Pets are welcome, however they must be kept on a leash at all times due to livestock and wildlife on the property. As this is a real rural property with natural wetland surrounds, mozzies can be part of the experience — especially around dusk, dawn and after rain — so definitely pack your bug spray. If you’re looking for a simple, spacious and authentic country escape with campfires, animals and fresh air, this could be just the spot.

You’d have no idea you were so close to the city! We will 100% be back. Exceptional facilities, more than enough dry firewood, large clearing sounded by bush. Safe for the little ones with some great hikes around if you’re feeling adventurous. We took our kids for their first family camping trip and even though it rained we genuinely had an awesome time.

Great host was great that she allowed us a pre site inspection. We had a 30 foot van which was easy to get in and out of site 3. The road in front is busy just need to watch out coming and going. Great to watch the wildlife in the dam.

Amazingly beautiful down to earth, accommodating host Kezza, the powered site was absolutely perfect for us as we were transitioning from tent camping to trying out our first caravan, amazing time with family kids didn’t want to leave. Would highly recommend this for someone chasing a quiet serene atmosphere.

My two boys and I stayed at Tish’s Lakeside site, and had the best stay! We even extended our stay by another night because the boys were having so much fun. Tish was lovely and very accommodating. The boys had fun fishing and kayaking in the dam. Was plenty of room to kick the ball around and play some Cricket. We loved spotting all the different kinds of birds around in the trees, and listening to all the different sounds. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Thanks again Tish!

Great place for a family camping break. Large campsites where you can camp as a group or just enjoy the extra space yourself. The kids enjoyed the waterslides and playing around in the lake. Very easy camping with no fuss and a relaxed atmosphere. Only warning is, make sure you bring lots of mozzie repelant as they swammed on the second night. They can be very unpredictable.

Coomera Holiday Village was a great stay. The facilities were super clean and well maintained and the campgrounds themselves were tidy. The site felt very friendly too. It is super close to the M1 so is consistently noisy which can make it a little tricky sleeping and the camp advertised WiFi online but when we arrived they don’t have any so that was a minor frustration. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks :)
