Mixed opinions about the site. It's advertised as having potable water, however the water is not safe for drinking, in other words, not potable. We were lucky the owner was there to let us know. We were also lucky we brought sufficient drinking water with us.
It's good that there are facilities on site, the shower and kitchen area were welcome. The toilets were good, but keep in mind you have to work the toilets yourself, ie. It's a bucket system and you have to change the buckets yourself. The full buckets are kept in the open air for composting which can get smelly at times.
The two sites are close to each other and there was not much privacy from the other family there.
The site we got was not in great condition, we had to share it with an abandoned caravan, trailer and some rubbish in the form of an old mattress and other things. Not the best view.
Other than that, the area surrounding the camp site is beautiful, the beach is pristine. We didn't get to check out the lake.
