Everything was fine but we found it hard to find & began worrying we'd not be able to turn around. Perhaps a small sign once the road was less than single lane to say keep coming as we called in at the first neighbour. Google told us we'd arrived b4 we had.

Very easy to find, and a lovely, tranquil, secluded site! Anita and Peter were lovely hosts, helping us check in and then leaving us to enjoy our stay. Very well kept property with lots of privacy!

I loved my stay at the property. Dani the owner was very kind and knowledge of the land. I went for a couple of night mid-week to work on a new body of work for my art collection and was very inspired by the place.

Nice quiet spot, good in between spot for Brisbane or Gold Coast (30 mins either way). Camping areas aren’t huge so be mindful pending size of set up. No amenities but grounds are well kept. We got a bit lost getting in and signage wasn’t easy to follow.
House on land is relatively close to camping areas, so best suited for a relaxed stay as not to bother residents - they are super lovely!

Nice spot to explore Gold Coast hinterland from. Trust the GPS, you are heading to the right place. Site is very secluded and lots of space to set up how you want. Photo's on listing of bamboo tunnel are out of date as that is all overgrown (when we visited), so no recreating those. If you have dogs good area less than 10 mins by car. Park along Quinzeh Creek Road and head for Wickham Peak Lookout and/or Grass Tree Lookout.

We loved the open space and the bird life was amazing.it was lovely to wake up and hear the wildlife .It was so peaceful.we were lucky enough to be the only ones there for the weekend which made the experience even better .
I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We only stayed here for one night to break up a long road trip and chose it due to it being dog friendly and pretty close to the Gold Coast. The rainforest setting was lovely and the hosts were friendly. The camping area is quite small, which was fine for us as our set up is just a car with roof top tent, and there were no other campers. Would happily stay again if visiting the same area.

AWESOME location, tranquil, peaceful and very foresty... We met Anita, lovely conversation about there camp sites. Our camp was DRY RAINFOREST GROVE. Quite private and we could hear the lovely bird life afternoon and early morning.
Our first night, around 9 pm we heard a God ol'mighty sound from the forest ? After capturing the sound we discovered it well may have been a male Koala calling as it is now mating season, absolutely certain this was the sound. Recommend this camp. Well done Anita and Peter. Great private spot close enough to drive into town but also feel like you are out in the bush. Bamboo surrounds make it feel so tropical even though you are just outside Beenleigh. A really nice little spot for a few days! Thankyou for sharing it with us.

What a lovely, private setting surrounded by greenery. Very quiet and relaxing spot but still nice and close to shops, M1 etc. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, would definitely return and recommend to others.

I absolutely loved this spot! I felt really safe and I have so much space for my set up! Really peaceful and Anita was so lovely showing us around the place. Communication was easy and everything was just perfect! I’m definitely coming back if I’m heading to Brisbane again!

We stayed for one lovely peaceful night at The Grove. It is no power and no water and 4WD only. There are a couple of fire pits to use, which we did. We met Anita, the owner who is would recommend a night or 2 here.😀👍

My husband and I spent a lovely couple of nights camping here in our 13ft hybrid caravan. You are effectively camping in the backyard of an acreage property located in a beautiful rainforest type environment, which is lush, green, quiet and filled with lovely birdsong. The forest is overgrown in parts and the owner’s daughter is working to reclaim and restore the vegetation to its natural state, which is a work in progress and a labour of love. We were still able to walk through some parts of the bamboo forest to the creek. There are only a few campsites, so you are well away from others. We didn’t notice any other animals other than the birds and there were very few bugs. About 10mins down the road in Bannockburn, there is a handy little shopping centre with a Woolies, BWS, cafe, fuel, etc. There was occasional road noise at the campsite, but it didn’t bother us. We couldn’t get mobile reception with Vodafone, but we could with Telstra. If you enjoy peace and quiet, sitting by the campfire, and relaxing in nature, you will love it, like we did 😊

A great little spot right near the Gold Coast with plenty of natural rainforest. The birds were amazing and the bamboo was very relaxing and cool.

We got our 20’ van in no drama but there’s really only a single spot to place a van without being under trees. Anita was a delight to deal with showing us her place and options for a camp. It’s quiet and fairly protected from wind but you are near trees. I would definitely stay there again
