It was perfect camping at sandy creek kilcoy garden. Sooooo private and tranquil scene. You can see all birds and ducks on the pond. Stars at night make your stay calm and peaceful. Roy welcomed us made us feel very comfortable. Such a beautiful place and well organized flat ground to set up your tent easily. One of best our top rank campsite!!!definitely will be back again. Hight recommend. :)

A lovely place to stay ! You have the all site for you. You can either park next to the shed or on the grass (which is not as flat as there). The place is very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our time at Pim’s mountain retreat! The unobstructed view of Mount Coonowrin is breathtaking. There’s also a potable water tap that you can use. The campground is close to the Glass House Mountains town and a stone’s throw away from cute towns like Maleny, Montville and Kilcoy. The only thing to be aware of is that the grassy area in the dip next to electricity pole is extremely boggy when wet. We accidentally drove into it and got our vehicle stuck, which took a lot of work to get out of. Make sure keep off that area.

The site has power and water for your use but you are required to supply your own camping toilet (Please note if you arrive without a toilet you will be asked to leave) and remove all rubbish waste on departure. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under owners control at all times. Campfires are allowed in the fire pit provided and firewood is available at a small additional cost. Please keep your site clean and tidy and respect the natural environment and animals at all times.

Somerset Dam is 40minutes away and you are able to use your own motorised equipment there. PLEASE if booking individually but you intend to join a larger group please message me on hipcamp after you have booked telling me the names of people you would like to camp with so I can allocate a space large enough to fit you all. Also please note we have 24 sites only, however some of these sites can easily fit 40 people therefore on Hipcamp it can show lots of availability when in fact that may not be the case. We are more expensive per person than other camp sites. Please note this includes hipcamp fees and charges and you are covered by hipcamp insurance. We don’t charge for pets, nor do we charge to use our 6 onsite canoes, nor do we charge extra for hot showers or rubbish removal, we haveguest wifi. Our 1km private driveway is rough but if driven to conditions a 2wd has no issues.. Most of the time space is abundant however if choosing to come on a long weekend, Easter or New Years expect it to be a lot busier than your average weekend with larger groups camping together, however still plenty of space between groups. You won’t ever have to trip over your neighbours tent ropes here. Eco friendly lakefront and near to lake front sites. Please don’t arrive expecting lakefront, our sites are all near to and Depending on group size not everyone will have lake frontage. We can never guarantee requests. We assign sites based on numbers and camping equipment. Furtherest camp spot is approximately 500m from amenities block, however porta loos are located in the remote site but it’s a walk or drive back to the showers. Flushing toilets and 2 hot showers available in main area. Please note: toilet cartridges are not to be emptied into our toilets. Take it home or dispose at dump point at Woodford Showgrounds We provide unpowered Bush camping, and we try to keep the camp sites as natural as possible, no flat pads. There is lots of space for the kids to run or take the dog for a walk on the lead. If you are organising a celebration (eg wedding/birthday) please send an enquiry first so we can discuss your needs. Please note if you’re wanting a function the price is $5500 which gives you sole use of the property up to 70 campers for 2 nights. (We live onsite) please also note we abide by noise restrictions and we do not allow amplified music and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We will allow up to 120 people onsite cost $7500. These prices include early entry Friday from 10am and late departure Sunday by 4pm. Extra accommodation available at extra cost. There is plenty of water for swimming and kayaking.All vehicle access. Entry from 12.00pm, Early arrivals incur a fee of $5per person includes Children and providing there is space available. Please let us know if you are entering after 8am and prior to 12.00pm. Early entry from 8am is dependent on availability and not available on a Sunday. Early entry is from 8am and can be paid at reception at a rate of $5 per person inclusive of children between 2 - 16. Children are considered ages 2 - 16years Please disregard Hipcamp's 13 and above policy for adults. If you have a child aged between 2 - 16 years please book the childrens' rate. Please do not follow hipcamp directions as they can take you into state forest. Please use Cove Road or Old Cove road as a pin then work off the address after confirmation from these spots. We have a great supply of locally sourced firewood, $20 per bag 20kg-25kg and we strongly discourage wood brought on from other areas due to biosecurity concerns. We have firepits at all campsites and adhere to any fire restrictions. We do not supply BBQ’s please bring your own. Please come to our reception building on the way in, as we need to check everybody in, visitors to your camp site need to sign in and pay a day fee. We are then able to answer any questions you may have and further cement our rules. Day visitors to your campsite will incur a $10 per person fee and is time restrictive. STRICTLY NO DRONES ALLOWED ALSO WE DO NOT ALLOW DRIVING AROUND CAMPSITES OR PROPERTY (Safety concerns) Once your camp is set up you can park your vehicle at your site. You are welcome to drive out of the campsite to town and back but strictly no joyriding around our property. We are surrounded in heavy bushland, yes we have TICKS, SPIDERS, SNAKES all creatures great and small 😊. Camping at the Eco Park is great for those who enjoy the relaxing bush setting, birds and wildlife and gazing into the clear night sky. We have an abundance of Kangaroos, Wallabies, other Australian native wildlife and many Bird varieties which is an attraction for many visitors. A stay at the EcoPark is a great getaway from the stresses of city living. We provide amenities block with male and female toilets, hot showers, laundry, and a covered Camp Kitchen with cooking facilities, fridges and an oven. The local village green is a 5-minute walk, providing guests with delicious food options from the Coffee Shop or the Sourdough Bakery (some times like Saturday mornings. Let the kids dig holes or fossick for the perfect skimming rocks, ride bikes or play endless games on the beautiful landscaped grass. Plenty of trees to put up that hammock or grab a soak in our outdoor bath with views overlooking the wilderness. Sit back and gaze at the starlit skies while the kids roast yet another marshmallow on the campfire. Snuggle up during winter and cool down around the rainforest in summer. Abundant wildlife, lots of kangaroos and wallabies, koalas and beautiful birds everywhere. Please be aware that weekends are family times and do get busy with extra people. During the week it is very quiet and you could have the whole place to yourself. Sites are allocated on weekends based on numbers and if you are camping with children and dogs. We have 10 large grassy sites nestled amongst trees located at the higher pert of our property. Sites are within 100-500m to the closest creek entrance depending on the direction you take. Each site is large and can allow group bookings. Loads of space for tents, camper trailers, caravans or motorhomes. Facilities include equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, benchtop convection oven, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bathroom with hot shower and a bathtub for parents with children. As we are on tank rainwater, we request that guests conserve water usage. Compost toilet is accessible up a few stairs. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. There is wildlife around like kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many bird species so no pets are permitted on the property. Fires are permitted in the designated Firepit provided. This has been a highlight for guests so far. For your convenience we have bags of firewood for you to use. A contribution for usage will be appreciated or bring your own. Guests are asked to respect the quiet environment. We’d appreciate no loud music or voices from 10pm to 7am. There is a neighbouring property behind the shed and our bedroom is within range! When you book you are booking the entire camp facility. It is yours to enjoy, relax, unwind, or catch up on some rest. Please advise ETA so we can greet you on arrival and show you to your campsite. It's best to arrive before sunset to select your camp spot and set up and to enjoy the sunset views! Private land with resident owners in main house situated approximately 100m from camp site. Owners maintain permaculture gardens for self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables. Mobile phone reception is patchy but internet via WiFi is available.
