Tar sealed road all the way to the front gate and then only 150metres in on farm to your campsite on a very well-maintained road suitable for ALL vehicles. We have wide gate access to suit all vehicles/trailers of any size to go in and out and all sites are grassy and level.
Great spot to relax, chill and take in the amazing country air and surroundings, relax by a fire, cook marshmallows or a camp oven feast. Walk down to the edge of this campsite and listen to the creek trickle past, go bushwalking, listen to the birds and watch the Kangaroos. Of a night you will be amazed at how many stars you can see, it is just beautiful, so don't forget to look up.

Singleton is about 30mins to the north and has a large shopping centre and many other attractions.
Cessnock is about 30 mins to the East, has a population of over 20,000 people and excellent facilities including a private airport.
Newcastle is about 1.5 hrs drive away and has a commercial airport and many other facilities of a large sea side city.
Wollombi is about 20min drive to the South and is one of the first areas settled in after Sydney. It has many items of historical significance including jail, museum, post office and Wollombi Tavern, the home of Dr Jurds Jungle Juice.
Sydney is about 2.5 - 3 hours south.

Camping is available on a secluded and tranquil area on our organic farm, located in steep gorge country. Cleared areas with grass tracks provide for relaxing bushwalks or energetic mountain biking across the hilly terrain which extends to heavily timbered, steep terrain up to a lookout for scenic views to surrounding valleys.
The local geology is a mix of basalt and conglomerate, creating wonderful rocky outcrops to explore.
The organic farm is ideal for bird watchers, nature lovers, those who love an unspoiled, private spot to camp. There is limited phone service along the hilltops should it be needed. We are happy to offer a digital detox on this part of the farm, where you can be soothed by nature’s birdsong and vibrant beauty. We do have cattle grazing the property and therefore we ask that you do not bring your pets. Access to East Camp is 4wd only and during dry weather only. 4wd camper vans and trailers are not able to access the Hut and camps with amenities.
East Camp is an exclusive camp located on a grassy hilltop with extensive views across the valley. This is 4wd only with access for some 4WD campervans and trailers. Self-contained adventurers only. BYO toilet. Limited phone service.

So private and peaceful. A very relaxing weekend. The sites were very large and really well maintained. Each site even has a (clean) drop toilet! I booked last minute, great communication and was able to go straight to the site. It was lovely to meet Ben who dropped in to check I was ok on the first night. I really love that there is only the 2 campsites, each separate from the other and that you have your site all to yourself. I will definitely be back. Make sure you grab some beautiful Beelisco honey before you leave!

We had such a great time staying on Lukes land! He was happy to accommodate our late arrival! The land was gorgeous and we were greeted the next morning with a wake up from the Highland Cows. Space was great with the fire pit set up and ready to go. We will definitely be back and I plan to send my aussie family out here as well!

This was our third time camping here and we still love it. The hosts are super easy going and chatted everything bee related. The campground and toilet are well maintained and the shelter saved us from the rain.

I loved camping at Wattle Valley Farm, been there a few times now, and exceeds expectations every time. Unfortunately we got rained out this time around, but it was still a blast, and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here! :)

Lovely riverside camping. Very private. Chichester river was very clear and the (100m stroll) upstream pool was deep and long enough for laps. River right outside camp 1 had places just deep enough to tea bag and rinse or cool off.
Level grass site and good afternoon shade. Dungog is ~35mins away and nearby trail into national park is partially through private property so is inaccessible without a key. So Mtb options nearby are limited. But it's all about relaxing by the river with the birds and watching for platypus. Perfect for that. John the host is very welcoming. We'll be back.

Great spot ! Didn’t hear a person, see another person or hear a car in 3 days other than John popping in to say high in the mornings. The pictures speak for themselves . Definitely coming back! It’s worth the drive to get there. Dungog is a lovely town to stop through too.

We loved camping at Roma Orchard! Lovely, grassy sites next to the river. Mick is a great host and made sure we were comfortable. It was VERY hot while we were there but next to (and inside) the river it was beautiful! Lunch at Linga Longa pub in Gundy on Australia Day was a highlight to round of a fantastic few days in the Aussie countryside.

We had an awesome stay over the long weekend. The host was great starting our stay with feeding the cows and then guiding us to our site with firewood and fresh eggs. This is a getting back to basics camp spot with the amenity of a pit toilet.
We were expecting hot weather one day and Luke gave us some great tips for spots to go to cool down. This was a really nice quiet and serene camp. Thanks Luke we will be back.

My partner and I loved camping at Wattle Valley Farm! Each spot looked very secluded and lots of room between each one.
All the amenities were clean, well-maintained and uncrowded.
Lots of areas to explore and a nice little creek to swim in as well!

We had a lovely time at Wattle valley farm camping. The hosts welcomed us and showed us different spots available for our tent and car. Every spots felt private and we never felt on top of the other guests. It was a really hot weekend and were really glad we could swim in the river ! Also the shower and toilet facilities were perfect, clean and enough for all the campers. U would really recommend this place for families and people with dogs.

Great hosts and campsite, have been before and would go again. There's a good availability and variation in sites. We had a lovely time with our dog in a little spot surrounded by bush and near the river so we felt quite separate from everyone else, although you could still hear adjacent spots, which was to be expected

Beautiful big property, our campsite was set amongst the trees in large, completely secluded, natural surroundings. This is a great bush camping area, with the advantage of hot showers and toilet facilities back at the front gate a 10 minute drive away. Friendly staff too! Come prepared though, no reception or shops within an hours drive.
