Located just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Historic Wollombi village, in the Hunter Valley, this prime 83.75 hectares (just over 200 acres) has all the ingredients of country living at its very best. The property has easy access off a tar-sealed road, is mains power connected, and boasts pristine creek frontage to the Wollombi Brook north arm. Discover the intriguing mountain bushland on the existing trails, whether it be bushwalking, 4-wheel driving or on horseback, the trails will suit all three, the choice is yours! Stunning rock features, caves, diverse ecosystems with abundant native fauna and flora, and breathtaking views can be appreciated from many aspects of the property, particularly the ridge top where the mountain vistas are spectacular. In the region, enjoy local wineries, cafés, boutique shops, and stunning state forest surroundings. Situated 2 hours from Sydney and 1 hour from Newcastle. There are no set sites, but several areas on the property we can recommend for setting up, based on your setup, vehicle, and personal preferences. There is a lovely front paddock ideal for self-contained campers and those in 2WD. There is a pretty garden area with great views and closer access to the toilet, again, 2WD accessible. There are also options towards the top of the property, closer to the bush, with stunning views, which may be preferred for those with off-road capabilities. We can help advise upon booking or arrival. Each option will provide a serene base camp from which to explore the beautiful wine country in the lower Hunter Valley. Awaken to the natural bush sounds of lyrebirds. There's a creek to cool your heels and walking tracks around our 120 acres of natural bushland. We are a working farm, with neighbouring farms with livestock, so whilst dogs are welcome they must be kept under control at all times. KIDS UNDER 3 YEARS OLD CAMP FREE
