Important information: Linen not provided. In each dome there is a queen and king single bed. All linen needs to be bought with you. Pillows, towels, doona, bed linen & towels.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a "glamping" experience so insects and nature is a part of the experience. The dome tents are set on a concrete slab which is regularly sprayed however insects will still be around as the tents are set in the middle of the paddock so please be mindful of this.
This property uses Solar Power (not connected to the grid) so please be aware of energy usage. All lights and general appliances are low energy and remain suitable for use over an extended sunless/cloudy period. If you drain the solar you will lose power and hot water.
There are 2 portable fans inside the domes for hot days. To reduce the impact on hot days the small dome has a rooftop curtain that should remain closed along with the front window curtains to keep the domes cooler.
Please be aware the driveway to the domes is not sealed. It is a gravel driveway. In the rain it may be slippery. If your car is not suitable for gravel inclines park at the top of the driveway.

The Bungawalbin Wildlife reserve is 100 acres of natural wetlands that backs onto the Bungawalbin Creek. I have owned the property for 35 years and have spent that time re-establishing the diversity on the property.
over the years the property had been logged mercilessly and used for cattle production. It was also subject to the devastating bushfires of 2019.
The Bungawalbin wetlands is home to a vast selection of wildlife and I have created a purpose built waterbird sanctuary to attract and provide habitat to the many species of waterbirds that frequent the property.

We are professional musicians and love to meeting people. Elphie used to own the iconic Nimbin Rox backpacker hostel, and although Soulhaven is only in its infancy, it still has a relaxed atmosphere.
Our favourite part of living at Soulhaven is the daily orchestra of birds! Although you will feel like you’re completely secluded from busy town-life, we are only 15 minutes from the nearest shops.
Enjoy a toasty campfire in the evenings where you can sit back and gaze at the stars. There are trail bikes tracks nearby and the iconic Border Ranges is just past Kyogle.
This campsite is 2WD friendly and caravans are welcome. You may need to level your caravan for a good night's rest.
Your pet, on a lead, is welcome to camp with you. We love animals, but one of the reasons we left suburbia was to get away from barking dogs. If your dog barks at night, or is not we’ll socialised, you’re best to leave pooch at home!
Our place is family friendly and we ask that you keep music and noise to a minimum after 10pm.

This beautiful property has been nurtured by my parents since 1983. As a boy I helped my parents remove large amounts of lantana weeds by hand. Other invasive weeds have been controlled, allowing the native species time and space to regenerate themselves into the perfect example of native Australian sclerophyll forest that you see today. My parents have since retired and I'm now honored to have the opportunity to share this remarkable environment with you.

Weekend Trip to The Jewel of Caniaba
We spent the whole weekend at Aliki’s place. It was awesome. Quiet all the time. Sorrounded by native birds. The hot tub was pleasant. Aliki left coffee capsules for us. We took the hike down to the creek and was so nice. At night we light up the fire pit which was really comfy. We definitely recommend the place if you want to have a quiet weekend as a couple.

Fantastic views of the Richmond valley and great spot for a fire at sunset. Hosts Trent and Naarah were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this camp as great spot to spend a few days. Close to Lismore and hotspots like Bangalow and Nimbin. Clean toilets and shower plus firewood and eggs are available.

My first solo camp experience and I was looking for somewhere that was easy to access with a 2 wheel drive and somewhere safe that also felt I was totally alone , and I wasn't let down , lovely open spaces to choose from , easily accessible in my tiny car and even though there were 2 other campers there , I still felt like I had the whole place to myself , great little creek to explore and not that far away from a main town if I had of needed to seek more supplies , I will definitely be back !

Naarah and Trent are incredible hosts. From the moment we arrived they made sure we had everything we needed, and they even set up a campfire spot for us so we could enjoy a fire under the night sky. And what a sky it was: the stars were unreal, and the view during the day was just as breathtaking.
The facilities were great already, and since they're still being built out, this place is only going to get better. It's clear how much care they're putting into their land and their guests.
We'd come back in a heartbeat if we get the chance. Highly recommend!
