Weekend Trip to Farmily Land

Yifu and family were excellent hosts. We are a young family of 4 and stayed in the Playground Paddock, which was perfect for our young children. The space is quiet, relaxing and well-appointed with clean ablutions. We enjoyed lighting the fire pit each night and visiting the animals. We will be sure to return to make more memories.

Really relaxing friendly environment. The hosts are amazing very accommodating. Auto flush toilets and a hot shower available. Great setting lots of farm animals around even got to feed the rabbits, Guinea pigs and pony. Also got to purchase fresh farm eggs. Would recommend. Especially for families.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful farmstay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The property itself is stunning – peaceful, open, and full of little discoveries for the kids. They absolutely loved meeting and feeding the animals, running around in the open paddocks, and toasting marshmallows by the fire at night. There was plenty of space to explore safely, and we could truly unwind knowing they were happy and entertained. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the campsite had everything we needed. It was such a refreshing escape from the city – quiet nights under the stars and fresh air all day long. This stay was one of our favourites so far, a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and farm fun. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at the front of Elsie's property, opposite the barn. It's a high site overlooking the creek and cow paddocks below, very wet when we first arrived and beautiful in the early morning fog. Elsie is a lovely host and very friendly. We look forward to returning one day and going for a swim in the creek when it's a bit less hectic (camped after Easter which saw some pretty torrential downpours) Beware of the ticks! We found a few in our hair when we got home. We probably could have been a bit more careful, we went on a few adventures in the long grass. Typical of any coastal bush camping.

Weekend Trip to Babbling Brook 4WD Camping

Great place for a camp with the family. We were on the water edge, can fish or launch a kayak easily. Several loops on the property for riding a MTB. One large loop is about 8km on fire trails to other camp sites. Really do recommend a 4wd if you are towing a van. Other than that any high clearance vehicle should make it. Plenty of fire wood comes with one order and there is a lot of privacy. We could not see the other camp sites from our camp but could see their fire at night through the trees.

We have returned a number of times and have tried each of the sites on the low ground. They’re all fantastic. The sites are always tidy and well-maintained. Susi has always been fantastic to deal with; super flexible when we’ve had to change plans and quick to respond. Thumbs up 👍🏽

When you stay at Sunset Point you have lake frontage onto Borang Lake ( 4km from Potato Point), which connects directly with the Tuross lakes. You are able to launch your own tinny at our private jetty. A firepit is provided and you can collect your own wood yourself, or purchase a $25 a wheel barrow load with your booking. Wildlife is plentiful here, so please respect the environment and clean up after your self. There are some amazing local beaches only minutes to Potato Point or down the back track 10 minute drive or, ride your pushie or walk (its a bit of a walk) - straight to Blackfellows Point at Potato Point. There are lovely walking tracks around the property and lots of fishing, kayaking, SUP or pop your Tinnie in and fish till sunset or just plain lazy days. Watch the sunrise or walk to the other side of the property and watch the sunset. Watching the moon rise on the lake is quite beautiful. Launch your tinny and go fishing or simply kayak or lazy around. The site is dog friendly, but your pet must be well behaved and not aggressive as there may be other campers and pets on the property during your stay and a Sunset Point Camp Cat. You may not be right next to each other but please respect other guests, with noise. Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Bodalla, which was founded on the back of dairy farming and cheese production back in the 1860s. 30 minutes drive either way to the hubs of Narooma and Moruya. No barking dogs and no loud music or parties. This is a peaceful getaway. Short car trip to famous beaches where you leave nothing but footprints. It's our secret!

There are plenty of local markets in the area, including the Moruya Country Markets which are held every Saturday. You can also visit the Moruya Farmers Market, held on Tuesday afternoons, or the nearby Tilba Market, held on Saturday mornings. The tiny nearby town of Bodalla boasts a magnificent dairy with cheese tasting (try the lemon myrtle!) and interactive calf feeding daily at 10am and 4pm. If you want a few pints and great meal, the ribs at the Adelaide Hotel are magnificent (although only available seasonally) and a courtesy bus is available from the entrance to the property. There are plenty of tourist attractions to explore in the area, including the stunning Eurobodalla National Park, the historic town of Mogo and the renowned Mogo Zoo. For those who love the outdoors, the Moruya river is perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming. If you're looking for natural beauty, you'll be spoilt for choice. Take a drive along the coast and discover beautiful, secluded beaches, or explore the nearby forests and waterfalls. Our riverside camp sites are great for large or small groups boasting generously sized and spaced grassed sites offering beautiful views of the abundant Moruya river along with individual firepits* Whatever your interests, Glenduart Farm Riverside Camps are the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer. THE IMPORTANT STUFF: ACCESS: As you enter the property, you'll find yourself driving down an unsealed dirt road, before embarking on approx 100 meters of fairly flat to gently sloping paddocks. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles to access, however will leave this to your discretion. PETS: We are a working farm with horses and cows that are easily spooked and we only allow dogs under very (very) special circumstances. Please send an enquiry if you wish to bring a furbaby along, but as a rule, we do not allow dogs on the property. AMENITIES: There are no drinking water or electricity provisions on site. There is a toilet provided with walking distance to all sites. Our future campers and native wildlife request that you keep your business contained to onboard toilets, porta potties or the toilet provided. Under NO circumstances are toilet cassettes to be emptied in or around the river or campsites. RIVER ACCESS: Our large sites offer sweeping views and great fishing however the banks are raised and will require some tenacity if you wish to swim or pop a kayak in. You can however moore small watercraft including boats & jetskis after putting them in at the boat ramp a short drive up the river. FENCING: We have farm fencing in place between the camp sites and the river bank, however we advise small children be monitored as there are several open access points along the riverbank. As mentioned, we are a working farm using gates and fences to contain our livestock. As a rule, leave all gates as you find them (eg: if you open a gate, close it after you. If its already open, leave it open) WILDLIFE: You'll see huge wombat holes all along the river bank - although tempting for the kids, please refrain from digging these out further as our wombats still use them as houses and they contribute to riverbank erosion. You may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of our fabled red stag in the evenings and will see an array of beautiful birds and other native animals that share our property. Please note: Any form of animal cruelty will not be tolerated and there is no hunting allowed on the property. *FIRES: Govt / weather restrictions permitting. Maybe lit in designated firepit areas only - BYO Firewood. A small wood pile is provided to each camp on arrival to get you started and provide a modest fire for the night, however chopped firewood is available by the bag or wheelbarrow on a cash basis. $25 for a large bag - $50 for a barrow. Let us know in your booking if you'd like us to arrange to have purchased firewood on site for when you arrive.

When exploring the region, don't forget to stop in at the famous township of Mogo. This gorgeous village offers a quirky mix of art, crafts, homewares and collectibles, as well as fantastic food, clothing, specialty items, and well known favourites like Mogo Fudge or some marshmallows to toast on the campfire. The campsite is nestled amongst the tall gum trees and overlooks the dam. There is a firepit with a hot plate for delicious camp out dinners and firewood is available for sale under Extras. There is access to a toilet and rubbish facilities, but you will need to bring your own drinking water and shower. We can cater for all types of camping vehicles and tents, including 2WD. The campsite is generally flat but your vehicle may require a little levelling. We welcome well behaved pets (we have dogs ourselves so your pet must be friendly).
