The camping area is surrounded by walking tracks and over the Christmas period the renowned Clyde Berry Farm is open where you can pick your own fresh berries or relax on the grounds for a ice-cream. You will find Shallow Crossing is also just a 10 min drive up the River Road for an exhilarating swim in fresh mountain water. The traditional water side camp kitchen offers a BBQ and table to eat. Has power and lighting, fresh drinking water, toilet, hot and cold shower and plenty of cover. With a fire pit just outside for toasting of marshmallows this makes for the best camping spot in the region. Please be mindful this is a camping and caravaning experience, there is for your convenience a flushing toilet (bring own toilet paper). This site has its own concrete boat ramp making a heaven for all fisho's and skiers. The ramp is totally safe to launch any watercraft. With water onsite you can even flush motors at the end of the day. The property has Telstra coverage for added security.

I cherish the cleanliness of the river and surrounds and wish to be able to share this special environment with others who care to preserve all it offers. You can explore the property along the tracks, paddle, swim or fish in the river, enjoy the fauna, wildlife and birdlife. Located not far from Braidwood, a town steeped in history, with good shopping, coffee shops and great food. Sloping to flat land amongst the Scribbly Gum trees offering a number of sites and walks through the property. It provides both sun and shade. Access is good for vans of any size along a track through the bushland. Lovely swimming spots in the Mongalowe River, beautiful clear water, and several lovely bushwalks around the property. There is only Telstra reception available in this area. We offer 7 different sites and the maximum stay is 7 nights.

Mogo Creek Homestead is located close to all the major tourist attractions - Mogo town (1.3km), Mogo Wildlife Park (0.9km), Foxdog gin Distillery (1.3km), two trailheads of the brand new Mogo mountain bike trails (1.3km each way) and many more. Ride your mountain bike to the trails or enjoy some of the south coast’s pristine beaches at Tomakin and Broulee just 7 min drive from the property. Short drive to Bateman's Bay for shopping and entertainment (10km), Tomakin boat ramp and social club (6km) and Broulee beaches and Brewhouse (11km). Mogo Creek flows into Tomaga River offering estuary fishing accessible with kayak or canoe or enjoy a lazy day by the creek. All sites have access to the creek through a gate. The creek is fenced off from the sites making it safer for young children. Plenty of room in open flat paddock where you can set up camp next to the tidal creek. Sites all have flat areas suitable for tents and easy caravan leveling. Fire pit and hot plate to put on fire at each site. Firewood not provided but can be purchased at the camp site. Two composting toilets located onsite. No pets as we have free-range chickens. No access to potable water, you must bring your own. Climb Pigeon House Mountain or cruise on the Merinda up the Nelligen River over a seafood lunch...you will not be disappointed. Upon arrival, you will be able to choose a spot on the property that you wish to set up. All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and take all waste when they go. Strictly no 'digging a hole.' When booking please note that one site is big enough for your van or tent, the extras button is for extra guest/children in your tent or van. If you have guests with another tent or van and vehicle they need to book their own site The pubs and clubs are a near convenience, or you can just kick back by your own pit fire and enjoy the stars in the safety of The Hundred Acre Woods.
