It’s private, pretty, and full of country charm — yet only 10 minutes from Batemans Bay and local beaches. Perfect for nature lovers and adventurers, the Mogo MTB Trails are just a 2-minute ride away! Spend your days exploring the coast or trails, then unwind under the stars as the horses graze nearby. A relaxed, picturesque spot to reset, recharge, and enjoy the simple things. Electricity is available via a 15-amp plug, and town water is accessible with a hose connection. Campfires are allowed when total fire bans are not in place. Firewood is available on-site. Please note: we do not have a toilet available, so guests must bring their own toilet and shower amenities.

Great location in Mogo, especially if you’re there for mountain biking. It’s an easy 800m ride to the trailhead. The hosts were very friendly, as were the horses and chickens on the property. Great place to stay.
