We have eight beautiful, peaceful, spacious, riverfront, campsites ready for our guests. Just a short drive to the best south coast beaches of Broulee and Tomakin. Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites!
Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood.
We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property.
Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not bark or chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs.

The campsite is nestled amongst the tall gum trees and overlooks the dam. There is a firepit with a hot plate for delicious camp out dinners and firewood is available for sale under Extras.
There is access to a toilet and rubbish facilities, but you will need to bring your own drinking water and shower.

1. CAPACITY - We are able to host only a single campsite comprising a single tent or caravan for no more than two nights duration only. This will ensure compliance with NSW State Govt regulations that are policed heavily by Eurobodalla Shire Council. Please do not plan to erect a second tent – this may result in a fine that we will pass on to you. We apologise if this prohibits your larger family and small group from enjoying our property (which we strongly believe should be permitted.
2. SITE AMENITIES - The camp is best suited to adventurous campers with swags, tents, rooftops, light camping trailers and small popup caravans. There is a flushing toilet, a hot shower, running (dam) water, and firepits but no electricity or refrigeration. We have fire pits available for guests use, please ensure there are no restrictions in place before lighting a campfire in the designated firepit. FREE FIREWOOD is available on site.
3. ROAD ACCESS - The last couple of km of dirt track are undulating and dusty, but perfectly fine for all vehicles in dry conditions. Access and exit will become challenging for larger motorhomes and caravans, heavy camping trailers and 2WD vehicles (especially front-wheel-drive), after periods of heavy or prolonged rain. We will refund your booking fee if you choose to cancel, or we close the property, due to the weather (it will need to be bad for us to close the property, so you won’t want to be there anyway). Please message us in advance for advice if you are concerned about the weather or vehicle access.
4. PETS - Well behaved pets are welcome but must be controlled and cleaned up after.

It is set on 40 acres nestled on the edge of the Village of Nelligen, (15min Walk to its cafe and pub) and 8km west of Batemans Bay (10mindrive).
Our camp grounds are set up on the Clyde's banks, all able to support enough area and access for 2wd, 4wd, RV and Car Camper set ups.
Orange Grove, has a small basic boat ramp (there are public ramps 2mins down the road). With a beach and pontoon, you are able to leave your boat in the river for the duration of your stay. Batemans Bay is 15min down stream, an easy ride to pick up items not found in Nelligen.
Our camp ground has a covered area with BBQ Facilites, tables, chairs, Water, fire pit (used in under the correct conditions), a toilet (Bring own Toilet paper).
We are pet friendly, however we do have wildlife on the property and livestock, so we ask that have full control and take responsibility of your pets.
We always have a presence on the property and have good Telstra coverage, so although you feel a million miles from nowhere you also feel secure.

Just nearby, Riverside Café is ideal for fresh coffee, breakfast or a casual lunch in a peaceful riverside setting.
The camping area is surrounded by walking tracks and over the Christmas period the renowned Clyde Berry Farm is open where you can pick your own fresh berries or relax on the grounds for a ice-cream.
You will find Shallow Crossing is also just a 10 min drive up the River Road for an exhilarating swim in fresh mountain water.

There are single trails and old Highway at the back of the property forest - perfect for bicycle and motorcycles.

Welcome to our spacious riverside camp sites on the banks of the beautiful Moruya river in the South Coast of New South Wales!
Glenduart Farm Riverside camps are the perfect location for enjoying the camp, or as a base for exploring the local area. We are located just a short distance from town, where you can find a range of shops, restaurants and cafes.
If you love markets, you're in luck! There are plenty of local markets in the area, including the Moruya Country Markets which are held every Saturday. You can also visit the Moruya Farmers Market, held on Tuesday afternoons, or the nearby Tilba Market, held on Saturday mornings.
The tiny nearby town of Bodalla boasts a magnificent dairy with cheese tasting (try the lemon myrtle!) and interactive calf feeding daily at 10am and 4pm. If you want a few pints and great meal, the ribs at the Adelaide Hotel are magnificent (although only available seasonally) and a courtesy bus is available from the entrance to the property.
There are plenty of tourist attractions to explore in the area, including the stunning Eurobodalla National Park, the historic town of Mogo and the renowned Mogo Zoo. For those who love the outdoors, the Moruya river is perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming.
If you're looking for natural beauty, you'll be spoilt for choice. Take a drive along the coast and discover beautiful, secluded beaches, or explore the nearby forests and waterfalls.
Our riverside camp sites are great for large or small groups boasting generously sized and spaced grassed sites offering beautiful views of the abundant Moruya river along with individual firepits*
Whatever your interests, Glenduart Farm Riverside Camps are the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
ACCESS: As you enter the property, you'll find yourself driving down an unsealed dirt road, before embarking on approx 100 meters of fairly flat to gently sloping paddocks. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles to access, however will leave this to your discretion.
PETS: We are a working farm with horses and cows that are easily spooked and we only allow dogs under very (very) special circumstances. Please send an enquiry if you wish to bring a furbaby along, but as a rule, we do not allow dogs on the property.
AMENITIES: There are no drinking water or electricity provisions on site.
There is a toilet provided with walking distance to all sites. Our future campers and native wildlife request that you keep your business contained to onboard toilets, porta potties or the toilet provided. Under NO circumstances are toilet cassettes to be emptied in or around the river or campsites.
RIVER ACCESS: Our large sites offer sweeping views and great fishing however the banks are raised and will require some tenacity if you wish to swim or pop a kayak in. You can however moore small watercraft including boats & jetskis after putting them in at the boat ramp a short drive up the river.
FENCING: We have farm fencing in place between the camp sites and the river bank, however we advise small children be monitored as there are several open access points along the riverbank. As mentioned, we are a working farm using gates and fences to contain our livestock. As a rule, leave all gates as you find them (eg: if you open a gate, close it after you. If its already open, leave it open)
WILDLIFE: You'll see huge wombat holes all along the river bank - although tempting for the kids, please refrain from digging these out further as our wombats still use them as houses and they contribute to riverbank erosion. You may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of our fabled red stag in the evenings and will see an array of beautiful birds and other native animals that share our property. Please note: Any form of animal cruelty will not be tolerated and there is no hunting allowed on the property.
*FIRES: Govt / weather restrictions permitting.
Mabe lit in designated firepit areas only - BYO Firewood.
A small wood pile is provided to each camp on arrival to get you started and provide a modest fire for the night, however chopped firewood is available by the bag or wheelbarrow on a cash basis. $25 for a large bag - $50 for a barrow.
Let us know in your booking if you'd like us to arrange to have purchased firewood on site for when you arrive.

I loved camping at the Mogo Creek Homestead. Amazing campground, weird but absolutely good toilets. Got to feed the chickens they had, and kayak down the creek below. Darcy was amazing and gave us a very good run down of places to eat and visit around the town. Very accommodating on us changing the time of arrival as well. Amazing people and a very beautiful campsite.

Amazing camp spot, great sites that are nice and far apart yet close enough for kids and MTB dads to make friends.
The family is lovely and chickens were a hit. It’s only a km or so from the Mogo trail base and that is some great riding!
Hearing the monkeys from the zooo is a great little bonus.

Beautiful camping spot flat massive sites. So nice not being crammed in and having just a few sites. Toilets were spotless. Makes a thousand % difference having clean toilets. Easy access to bike trails. Loved hearing the zoo animals and being around chickens and wild ducks around your dam which looked like a beautiful pond. kayaking in the creek was family fun with kayaks provided. Were lots of large fish in there but didn’t manage to catch any LOL. wanting shuttles for mtb suggest booking in advance. Darcy and Stacey are very helpful and friendly. Great hosts thank you for a wonderful stay and providing the wood for our campfires, made such a difference not having to worry about finding wood. We will return 100%

We had the absolute best time while staying with Rob at Nello Campsite!!
Rob is so welcoming and kind, he even took us out for a ski in his boat on the beautiful Clyde River !!!
He has a toilet/laundry/shower for use if required.
All the wood supply you could ever need with a huge fire pit supplied on each of the 2 sites.
There is a pub that is walking distance if you wanted a meal or drink.
Plenty to do/see from the camp as well.
Rob has maintained his property perfectly for you to enjoy.
Our stay with Rob will definitely stay on our top list of favorite places!!

We loved our stay at Tomakin Campground. The sites were large, shady and had a beautiful outlook. The toilets provided were clean. The river had kayaks down on the banks for public use and the kids loved the swimming hole. Our group were there after the Easter weekend so there weren’t many people, and those that were there were camped quite a distance away. The grounds were well kept. Campfire pits were provided. We loved our stay. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful spot amongst gum trees and near the creek. The place is well maintained, lots of well-kept grass for campers and Lisa does a good job keeping sites spaced out so we are not on top of other campers, which is nice. Enjoyed swimming in the creek and using the kayaks. Really peaceful and quiet. We had a great time. Thank you!

Once again, our stay at Mogo Creek Homestead was very enjoyable. We had lots of room for all the children to run around and ride their bikes. We were camping on lush green grass with close access to fishing, surfing and the Mogo mountain bike tracks. Darcy and Stacey were very friendly and even shared with us some produce they grew in their own garden.
