If you love camping, fishing & kayaking, you'll love it here! Welcome to our 170 acre property with approx 1 km of Deua River frontage. Lovely grassy campsites by the water. Want to throw a line in? The river is tidal and we are located where the freshwater meets the salt making for some interesting fishing, fresh and saltwater fish have been caught here. We offer peaceful dog-friendly camping. There are no amenities so campers must be self- contained and leave no trace. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place and firewood available to purchase by the wheelbarrow load (see extras). Good access - tents, camp trailers, campervans & caravans all are welcome as long as you have own toilet. Our farm is home to some beef cattle, horses, sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, & pet guinea pigs . We also have an abundance of wildlife including wombats, possums, kangaroos and many native birds & some reptiles.

Great weekend camping at Site 1. So close to the river which was great for swimming with the kids. Sue was very welcoming on arrival. We will definitely be back!

Site 3 - Riverfront Campsite
Lovely well maintained grassed level site, right next to the river. Fenced off from the rest of the property but still plenty of room to turn around and camp. Sturdy fire pit can add well-seasoned firewood as an extra. Lovely shade trees and clean clear water that is tidal and great for swimming and some deep holes for fishing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a lovely time at this Hipcamp! The river was perfect for a refreshing swim — a bit too shallow for fishing right out the front, but if you wander up or down the river you’ll likely find a good spot. The campground itself is beautiful, open, and private, making it a really peaceful stay. The host was very helpful and provided clear communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!

What an awesome place. Great host, great flat grassy area, massive site. We had 3 caravans set up but could have easily got 4 on that site with room to spare. The fire pits work great and plenty of fire wood. The river was beautiful and it would be a cracker of a spot in summer time. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The campsite was peaceful, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly and made the experience easy and welcoming. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. We would definitely come back again!

Large flat sites, very peaceful. Fire pits provided at each site and wood available to purchase. Directions were clear and location is great, just a short drive into Moruya. I was however a tad disappointed that I booked a site and was put onto a different one due to cows calving. But it definitely didn’t ruin my stay! My dogs and I will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved Mungerarie Farm, and so did our pup. We had a great spot by the river, and loved seeing the farm animals roaming around. We found that the site was close enough to town if we needed anything, but got to enjoy spending majority of our time at camp. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a lovely overall experience, and the location is excellent—just a short drive from Moruya town. However, we were disappointed that we couldn’t stay at the site we originally booked, as it was the one we had specifically chosen and were looking forward to. It did take away from our enjoyment a little, and we would have appreciated being informed of the change before our arrival.

Mungerarie Farm was awesome! We stayed by the river and did polar plunges while the kids explored the driftwood and skipped rocks. Plenty of space for our group of about 20. Pretty easy to find and paved roads most of the way. Will definitely be back!

I think the space is really well allocated Nd campers are not on top of each other. It was very clean and Sue is a really friendly and helpful host. The river is right there on your doorstep and if you need anything town is a short trip away. Great spot.

Lovely quiet spot on the Deua River, in a nice secluded spot but still close to the Moruya township. Sue is a lovely host and checks in to make sure you're enjoying your stay.

Site 3 - Riverfront Campsite
Another great stay at a fabulous Mungerarie HipCamp. The property is really picturesque and the Deua River a lovely backdrop for water activities. Sue is a responsive and friendly host, comes and says hi and then leaves you to it. The sites are really well maintained with mown grass and a fire pit, with site 3 also having an old cart for you to use. The tidal river is readily accessible for fishing, kayaking or swimming. We were really spoilt on this trip, with the Aurora Australia putting on a show for us, truly amazing. We’ll definitely be back again.

Beautiful, peaceful spot with easy river access—perfect for relaxing. Close to Moruya for supplies, and ideal for large groups or those travelling with dogs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Absolutely wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—organising firewood, a portaloo, and even clearing a track down to the river for us. Super friendly and welcoming people. Highly recommend!

Great quiet spot. We were met by Amy who made us feel welcomed as she showed us to our site and delivered our firewood. This is a lovely spot with room for a family and furry friends to relax.

What a lovely spacious site with really easy access to the river. The site was even mowed before we arrived which was a nice touch. A very generous amount of firewood if you purchase through hipcamp too. Quite a few flys/bugs but to be expected on a paddock. Site 3 also had reasonable shade down by the river too.
