Located a short stroll through the spotted gum forest to the beautiful waters of Mystery Bay beach. A family-owned and run working beef cattle farm on 100 acres of farmland looking towards Gulaga Mountain. Just a 7 min stroll walk to the beach through the old bush trail, Historic Central Tilba 5 min drive, Bermagui 20 mins and Narooma township 8 mins. Easy access for all types of vehicles and our place suits any type of family-friendly, nature-loving camper, as long as you have your own toilet (no exceptions!) and own water. ☆ No amenities so campers will have to be self-contained with own toilet and leave no trace. ☆ Pets considered on request, please enquire and advise breed and number of pets you'd like to bring before booking. ☆☆please note, latest fire information-it is safe to visit the area. We have favourable conditions in the coming fortnight. We have not been in the fire zone, there can be a little smoke from time to time however minimal

Site 9 - Figtree Camp @ Mystery Bay
Perfect dog friendly camp!
It was a beautiful location, easy to find and only 1km from the gorgeous mystery bay beach. Dog friendly so was awesome for my partner and I who are road tripping at the moment. There is a horse Chester who stole some pats from us. Our dogs were quite afraid of him but didn’t keep him away. Another campers small dog got under the fence and was chasing him. If I could recommend anything, do not let your dogs become unrestrained at any time. It was lucky Chester was such a lovely boy and handled it really well! Would highly recommend this stay. Gorgeous location nestled in the mountains and near the beach!

Great spot - close to the beach but not over whelmed by the crowds - nice and quiet- but bring carrots for Chester!!

Site 2 - Figtree Camp @ Mystery Bay
Camping with 4 dogs
We originally booked sites 1 & 2 which had no grass area & was dried up dirt however prior to our arrival the owners had left me a voice msge saying we had been relocated to sites 7 & 8 as that would be much better for us with the dogs. These 2 sites were amazing as it was more grassy & on the paddock side. Our 4 furkids drove chester the horse nuts but with ocean views one side & mountain views the other it was most enjoyable & very relaxing. The owner came to greet us & was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Site 9 - Figtree Camp @ Mystery Bay
Great base camp.
Fantastic level sites with some ocean glimpses. Col was very helpful and a wonderful host. Beach is about 10 minutes walk from the campsite. Narooma is close by for essentials and worth a visit. The historical town of Tilba is a short drive and most assuredly worth a visit. Definitely would return if I’m back that way. Chester, the resident horse is always a welcome visitor.

Nice green flat sites with a short walk to the beautiful Mystery Bay Beach. Colin was a friendly host who regularly checked we were okay.
