Great quite spot and very close to the main town, can buy wood for your fire on the property, kids enjoyed riding their bikes down the big hill 😀
However not much of a farm stay as your in the back paddock and the animals are over the hill, would be nice to do an early feed or tour of the farm or something of the sort, we did enjoy our stay and were happy to be met by Mark and he made sure we were doing well

Great spot, less than 10 minutes from town. It was full (5 spots) for the long weekend but everyone was incredibly quiet and respectful, you felt like the only ones there. The host will come down to say G’day daily. Firewood on site. My only recommendation is to get there before dark to find a level spot. That’s on us, not the host. 100% recommend. It was a great weekend. Check out Oyster Farmers Daughter, Tilba, Cobargo and Bermagui.

Anchorage Farm Narooma
We recently stayed at The Anchorage Farm in Narooma with our caravan and absolutely loved it. The property is magnificent, with plenty of space to spread out and find the perfect spot to set up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Mark was an incredibly welcoming and accommodating host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His hospitality really made our stay special.
If you're looking for a peaceful, spacious and well-maintained place to stay in the Narooma area, I couldn't recommend The Anchorage Farm highly enough. We can't wait to come back!

We love our stay at Narooma Anchorage Farm. This is our second time staying at Marks property. We love the convenience that it’s so close to town, live that Mark makes the effort to see everyone and check in they are comfortable and if we need anything.
We will definitely be back, as we love exploring Narooma and its surroundings

Anchorage Farm Narooma
We really enjoyed staying at the Anchorage Hipcamp,
its a very nice spot not too far from the town, The host came and talked to us and was very friendly. And we recommend The Oyster Farmers Daughter for really good seafood and a cocktail, its on the road on your way to the hipcamp.

The Anchorage was a gorgeous campsite so close to Narooma, yet it felt very out of the way and secluded in nature. The campgrounds were well maintained, clean, easily accessible by 2wd.
Mark is an absolute legend and came out to make sure everything was ok, and even brought us some left over bits of firewood out of the blue to keep our fire going for just that but longer. Very greatful to him, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a really easy, relaxed stay at Anchorage Farm Narooma. It’s in a great spot, just up the road from The Oyster Farmer’s Daughter, close enough to walk if you feel like it. The site itself is simple but well set up, a quiet, mown paddock with plenty of space. Having a fire pit and picnic table made it heaven for us!
The only downside, if you’re planning a longer stay, is that we couldn’t find a public dump point close by, which is worth keeping in mind depending on how long you’re there. Not a reflection on the owner, just something to plan for. Overall, a great option if you’re after a quiet, low-key spot in a good location

Great Hipcamp! Peaceful, private and well maintained with short grass, fire pit and picnic table. Easy access for larger caravans through wide gate with large open spaces with plenty of sunlight for off grid camping. Narooma is absolutely stunning with lots to explore. This Hipcamp is also just up the road from a great looking oyster bar too!

Directions were easy, and communication was great. Access to the paddock was no problem (we have a 13m rig) and could drive through without worrying about any obstacles. Plenty of choice between mix of sun and shade. Choose your own area on arrival and there’s plenty of space between them, we never felt cramped or overlooked at all. Fantastic location close to all the wonderful local towns and beaches. Waking up to the orchestra of Bell birds in your large peaceful, private paddock each day was delightful.
Recommend you bring extra blocks of wood, or more levelling blocks as the ground is uneven and has a bit of a slope.
Firewood was for sale for $15 a bag on site and designated fire pits at each area.
We will definitely be back.

A wide quiet paddock close to the coastal town of Narooma but far away from the crowds. The paddock backs onto some forest and is filled with lots of birds that are happy to chirp away all day.
Access varies depending on which paddock you end up in and how far in you go; you might need something with higher clearance than a 2WD for some places.
It's not solidly packed at all, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out and have their own area. Despite the rain, we enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

Anchorage Farm Narooma
The location was great, having a fire was terrific and the sounds of the bellbirds made it special.
It was challenging to find a level site for our vans. Just as well we had air suspension although it needed to be fully adjusted.
The wet weather made the midgies love the long grass and us.
It was great to have the kangaroos hop nearby. Mark was very friendly.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Mark’s beautiful property. The first thing that hit us when we pulled up was the birdsong in the surrounding bush. Each night we enjoyed the peace and quiet along with the warmth of an open fire.

Mark is an amazing host. The property is very quiet and peaceful. We found a good flat spot to camp. Mark gave some great options on things to do around the area. The water in Narooma is beautiful and only 5 min away. Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful edge of Narooma camp/ retreat that abounds in wildlife and an overwhelming sense of peace.
Wonderful scenic rainforest views and the sounds of birds. Roos graze quietly; the lovely air envelops the senses.
