My wife and I recently booked 5 nights at Meringo Beach camp, campsite 4. The property is quiet with direct beach access from the property. The Facilities are basic, rustic and did not appear to have been cleaned for our stay. Unfortunately, we packed up and left after 3 nights due to having to remove multiple ticks daily, even though we took the prescribed precautions of covering up and using insect repellent. At a cost of $120 a night booking through Hipcamp for me, this is overpriced.

Me and my partner absolutely loved this stay. The location was awesome, only a 15 minute drive into town, and a brief (and stunning) walk through bushland to the ocean. The camping site was lovely, with all the amenities you would need (especially a warm shower in the winter). From laying on the hammock, to enjoying the swings like big kids, we could not recommend this place more. Thank you Will and fam for allowing us to stay on your wonderful property!

Overall we loved the site. It was a gorgeous location and the amenities are great. The only downfall was the amount of ticks. We found ourselves covered in them, but that’s not really something the host can improve.

This spot is amazing. In the middle of a field with kangaroos and sheep. Short stroll to the beach. Firepits and good amenities. And they helped us jump-start our car. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for our camper trailer. There was a nice fire pit and picnic table at our campsite. Meringo beach is beautiful with amazing shell life lining the beach. The camp kitchen is well equiped. Toilet and hot shower are great. We encounter some ticks so remember to pack some tick off.

Great location! Couple minutes walk to beach, grassy campground with plenty of amenities. All you could want for a quiet farmstead getaway.
Incredible property and location. Beautiful number of roos around, great facilities and private enough between the campsites. We had an awesome stay.
Had this gorgeous place all to our selves. A beautiful property with lots of wildlife and adventures to be had. The kids had a blast. Would highly recommend.

This was our second visit to this beautiful campsite. As always the site and ammenities were clean and we were welcomed by the owner.
The sites are well maintained, have great fire pits and the beach is only a five minute walk. Would highly recommend for a camp trip.

Wonderful camp in the midst of Kängurus and Wallabies. We walked only 250m through forest and dunes to fabulous lonely beaches.
Our first visit here and we’d love to return. Stayed in campsite 4 and had the grounds to ourselves. It was incredibly quiet with only the sounds of local birds, some sheep and the surf over the sand dunes. We walked the trail from Meringo to Bingie, had a swim and enjoyed the shade from the beautiful river red gums. Amenities are basic but shower is hot and clean and would much rather the quiet here than we crammed into the holiday parks nearby at Moruya or Tuross. Thanks Will and Kevin

Nice clean shady camp area with enough space between sites and good facilities.
What an amazing camp Meringo Beach Camp was! We spent 10 days here over new year. Amazing host! Incredible property - camping on their site with a private beach a 5 mins walk. Easy drive to town to collect water. Also nice beaches a short drive away. Lovely kangaroos everywhere & other wildlife. Highly recommend, we will be back! Thanks Kevin & Will

Meringo Beach camp was the perfect getaway camping with friends. Great quiet location so close to the beach and an easy drive in to town. Facilities were useful. Will was excellent with easy instructions regarding access and expectations. Would definitely recommend!
Will's campsite is an open paddock and campsite 4 is next to a nice big shady tree close to the ammenities but also far enough away from other sites to feel private. The beach is a short walk away . The only downside for us was we had a couple of windy days and you are quite exposed. Easy access and communication. Thanks Will.

Great location being out of the way but not far from Moruya and an easy drive to Batemans bay. The facilities make the destination comfortable and the proximity to the beautiful beach is something else.
The sites are well spaced apart giving privacy and access to the camp ground is easy. The hosts are super friendly and can’t help out enough.
