Option 1:
Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks .
we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre.
Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended.
Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.
This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey !

Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise.
Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek branching west of the Mooloolah River to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. Walking boots/shoes are highly recommended.
There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches.
Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. Off-road camper trailers are suitable (max weight 1500kg and max length 5m restrictions apply). There are Portaloos located at or near all campsites.
Caravans or motor homes are not permitted due to the steep terrain. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. For safety, no arrivals after dark unless arranged prior.

We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane.
The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude.
From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest.
There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway.
It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest.
Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. 🏊♂️

In 2019 I was sitting in my Alfresco Area feeling that the beauty offered in front of my property should be shared to people I thought might appreciate a different aspect to Coober. Since that time I have probably had 2000+ guests enjoy what Coober Pedy Views has to offer.
Whilst it remains a rustic type setting, with campers needing to be SELF SUFFICIENT (Flushing LOO with a VIEW is now available for campers without their own) I can offer Power (subject to availability) $10 pn to 6/8 sites.
Digging anywhere on the property is forbidden, there are no Opals on CPVs evident when the 3 large garages were dug. Digging softens the ground making it dangerous for avalanches on the embankments and walls especially after rain that creates washouts as you can see on the front embankments. Our Public Noodling Area is the only place in Coober safe to dig freely.

We’re pet-friendly! Please note, however, that we are a working farm with ongoing activities and resident animals, including livestock and farm dogs, so all pets must be kept under control at all times. Aggressive, disruptive, or potentially dangerous dogs of any type are not allowed — especially restricted breeds (e.g. Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs). Only friendly dogs are permitted, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if your dog is deemed unsafe or aggressive upon arrival. If you have any doubts, please message us prior to booking.
Also, please ensure kids are supervised at all times, particularly around the river. Lifejackets are recommended.
During your time here, visit the local farm gates in Tumut, Batlow, Tumbarumba, and Adelong for their delicious high-country produce. There are also some beautiful swimming spots and walks to discover in the region, as well as good facilities in town, including the local swimming pool and shopping centre. Enjoy a local brew and bite to eat at the Tumut brewery. Bahwidgee is just 3km from the Tumut town centre - so close you could ride in, or even walk.

We offer two tiny houses and four Bush Stay sites with power and water. Guests can enjoy campfires and access to a small Bush Stayz kitchen equipped with a BBQ, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also an outdoor unisex toilet and shower, along with a washing machine and dryer.
Whether you're seeking a cozy escape in one of our charmingly designed tiny houses or prefer to bring your own adventure to one of our four camping sites, this is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. Wake up to the sounds of native birds, breathe in the crisp country air, and unwind beneath the stars. Unlike crowded campgrounds or impersonal rentals, we offer a peaceful bushland retreat where you can switch off, slow down, and soak in the stillness, just a short drive from the city.

I normally camped Moogerah caravan park but bunkbed room makes easy. Only one downside is the bright light from the property next not the campsite. It made my star gazing so hard .

This was a beautiful bunkhouse stay with everything I needed to refresh during my road trip! The shared camp kitchen had everything I needed, the showers were clean & hot! And the bunkhouse had plenty of storage room to spread out my gear to make sure I was ready for the next day. The lake is so beautiful & the stars that night were incredible!! Love the location, surrounded by national parks to go exploring. Thankyou so much, I will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Amenities are in well kept order. Peaceful camping with open camp fires and stargazing was exactly what we were after especially with our pet allowed. Mention must go to Garry for welcoming us to our stay and staying in touch by visiting for a chat. Highly recommend!

An absolutely stunning spot next to the river. Hot showers, toilet and deck/pergola overlooking the water a bonus! Clean cabin and linen, and includes some cookware, plates and cutlery. the cabins are super clean well decked out and comfortable! plenty of communal bbqs and amenities.
the host mark is a beautiful man and has worked very hard maintaining a tranquil…friendly and secure private retreat! if u have never been there it’s a MUST to go! well done mark!! so glad we booked will def b back 😊

Mark was very welcoming.
The Koala cabin was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed.
There is a nice walk path that passes behind the property with easy access.
Being so quiet and relaxing, and so close to Perth, we will be back again.

We love camping here! This trip was forecast for lots of rain and thunderstorms and it was my birthday so didn't particularly feel like being soggy so we upgraded and stayed in the tiny house which was such a treat! Has everything you need. And the fire heated hot tubs by the river are just such a special thing to add to any camping trip. Hosts were lovely as always, we will keep coming back ☺️

We had a wonderful stay and a really great experience overall. The environment, nature, and peaceful atmosphere were absolutely amazing. Outdoor cooking was such a lovely experience, and everything was well set up. Dan was very approachable, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay.
A small suggestion would be to clean gas barbecue and add a few extra lights around the area. Other than that, everything was awesome. We were very happy 😃 and would highly recommend this place just book it!

5 nights at Eagle Ridge Bush Retreat
Stayed in the Tiny Home for 5 nights and Kristy and Dan have thought about absolutely everything for your time away! From the moment you drive into this place until the time you drive away, you are met with tranquility, quiet and calm. There are 10ish camping sites on the property but each is spread out quite nicely from the other campers meaning you get your own little piece of paradise for the time you are there!
The tiny cottage is set up so well! Whilst there is no mains power, there is ample solar power for lights and hot water in the bathroom. The deck is absolutely amazing (where I spent most of my time) and the outdoor heated bath along the river was the most perfect way to spend the evening relaxing.
For activities - cruising the rapids with a tube or stand up paddleboard (without the fin) is a MUST! Exploring the rocks and river is fun as well with an array of wildlife around.
Access to the camp is through a steep dirt road so a 4WD or high clearance AWD is required. I took a Subaru Outback which nicely traveled in and out without changing any settings.

Jacob got a really nice place. Not too far from nearest town Ravenshoe but still feels like away from the whole world.
No phone reception, which was really nice and relaxing.
The beautiful river is just 1-2 minutes walk away.
The shed got a small room with bed as well.
Kitchen was well equipped.
We had fun and enjoyed every second of our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marks place. We stayed in the Kookaburra pod, it was cosy with all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed quiet evenings outside by the fire, and peaceful mornings waking up to the serenity of the bush. Mark was an excellent host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Only 45 minutes from the city makes it easily accessible for a few days away to escape the city. We will certainly be back to enjoy more of what Evergreen Bust stays has to offer.

New South Wales
New South Wales has a bit of everything that makes Australia such a great place to camp. Hipcampers can choose from snow-covered mountains, beaches, rainforest, and Outback plains—you can always find a good camping spot in NSW.
Queensland
Australia’s favourite place to escape the cold, the white-sand beaches north and south of Brisbane in southeast Queensland are warm enough to swim in all year-round. It may be too wet in summer to camp comfortably in the rainforest of Cairns, the Tropical North, and along the Great Barrier Reef, but winter is the best time to swim in the sea. The Outback, too, is at its best in the cooler months.
South Australia
A wild, dramatic, and mostly deserted coastline, South Australia’s rugged outback ranges and fantastic wine are just a few reasons to pitch a tent or park your caravan here. It may not always be swimming weather (the ocean waters are cold), but the beach camping here is some of the best in Australia.
Tasmania
Any time's a good time to visit Tasmania, a place that will delight intrepid Hipcampers with its wild and remote national parks and camping sites. You'll need a warm sleeping bag and good wet weather gear, as it can snow on the peaks near Hobart even in summer. But don't let a little dampness put you off, because it rains here all the time, which is why the World Heritage wilderness areas are so beautifully lush.
Victoria
Just down the road a bit from Melbourne, Victoria’s Great Ocean Road is a bucket-list road trip that lives up to the hype, with some of the best coastal camping areas around. Hiking and camping in the Grampians is good year-round, although the snow-covered high country peaks and the east coast national parks are best saved for the warmer months.
Western Australia
Western Australia is huge, so don’t expect to see it all in a couple of weeks. Let the weather be your guide and explore the coastal national parks, forests, wineries, and beaches south of Perth during the hot, dry summer, then head north to Broome and the Kimberley for a 4WD camping adventure in winter, when it rarely rains.
Northern Territory
When the wintertime chills hit the south, the Northern Territory is the place to be, especially if you’re fond of campervan road trips. The deserts of the Red Centre offer warm, fly-free days and cold nights ideal for gathering around the campfire. Kakadu National Park and the Top End are hot and dry—perfect for swimming.
