The campground was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff were nice and accommodating when notified they were out of TP and someone had an accident in the bathroom shower that was pretty nasty. Other than that everything was clean and well maintained.
The WiFi did not work as advertised which was disappointing for campfire and projector night we had planned.
The site was not level.
Would stay here again!

Fantastic location and amazing camp store. Great spot hit the spaces are SO incredibly close together. It was tight! Not sure we would stay again as it felt too packed in there but it was a great location for exploring.

Conveniently located between Port Angeles and Forks. Campground comes with heated bathrooms, showers, laundry, and Wi-Fi. You can fill up your car with gasoline and fill up your stomach with their store products. Some of the campsites have picnic tables built in to your site. Really nice facility overall with friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights!

Great general store, but sites are packed together and while our 30 foot trailer fit, it took a fair amount of maneuvering. Our site is more suited for up to 20 feet. We had to park our track far from our site because we were packed so tight.

Great campsite to stay in. It was crowded, but also a holiday weekend and managed well. We had a little miscommunication because we checked in after the General Store closed, but the owner had a quick conversation with us, and got clarification and all parties involved were happy! A little customer service goes a long way!! Thanks for an easy stay.

My wife and I were looking for a last minute spot to camp at near lake crescent for the Memorial Day weekend. I found this spot online, and we were honestly very impressed with everything. The convenience of having a general store with all the amenities and beer right next to your camp is great. There were also clean bathrooms and showers as well as a place to do laundry if needed. The staff was really friendly and the check in was seamless. What I will say is that with the dispersed camping you get what you pay for, it is only 19 bucks a night.... So don't expect a super nice plot of land in the woods. There is a spacious gravel parking lot and some grass open to park your vehicle and set up. The road is a little noisy, but again, you are getting what you pay for. This location is within 10-30 minutes of all the great trails/lakes around Port Angeles.

The campground is fine just DON'T stay in Forrest Site L unless you like sleeping where everyone on the highway can see you and having zero level spots to put a tent. If you're tent camping, avoid site L. Also, the camp host was pretty MIA, which wasn't great. Not a terrible place, but it could be better. The bathrooms were super nice and clean.

I ended up not even staying here and finding a way better camp site down 20 min away at Crescent Beach campsite. The campsite was tiny, right next to the road, and the person at the counter seemed like the last thing she wanted to be doing was helping people. Long story short, look for something else if you don’t want to have a tiny site and hear constant car noises and be close to power lines!

Very nice campground as it had running water for showers as well as laundry and bathrooms. Came in handy as not every place we had camped had running water. Very spacious grounds for everyone to not be in each other’s spaces. The general store was handy as we ran out/forgot things so we grabbed them quick from the store or if we were going hiking, the store had it. Would camp here again

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect as we wanted to explore around Olympic National Park and be close enough to Port Angeles to grab essentials and visit Victoria via the ferry. We were also 5 minutes from the Lake Crescent Lodge.
The campsite was very quiet even with longer term residents living there as well. The general store was well stocked and employees very helpful. Our RV site backed right up to a lush green backdrop.
Would recommend! Only downside was the RV site was not very level and that took some work to get it right, after that we were good to go and very happy with it.

Loved our stay at Shadow Mountain RV park. 10 minutes from Lake Crescent, such a beautiful area. They have a gas station and a store that has basically anything you need! Friendly staff and very easy to get in and out of. 10/10 would stay again!

Cute, great view of the surrounding area. You definitely hear the sound of cars driving by. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and heated. I think the post is a little misleading saying max 4 people, since there was only two cots. I only bring it up since I was scouting the place for possibly bringing my kids with me on the next time but they would probably not be the most comfortable sharing a cot. It seems like a great spot for couples or solo travelers like myself. A lot of great hikes nearby and sol duc hot springs.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Shadow Mountain Campground. The owners of this campground were super helpful and accommodating, fixing the lights in the pitch black and bringing us a heater, firewood, and towels when the rain had soaked the tent carpet. Would absolutely recommend!

The road noise wasn't a bother, cute campsite, bathrooms are brand new and very nice. $2 for both washer and dryer, and check your machine before using it. No change machine, so bring your quarters from town. We were staying as we were passing through from Forks to Port Angeles, so we didn't get to do much in Lake Crescent/Sol Duc/Snug Cove, but it was in a good place for it!

Our stay started out with a mishap, but Staci went above and beyond to remedy the situation ASAP. I was beyond impressed at her commitment to making our stay a good one.
The camp site was really nice, 20 minutes outside of downtown Port Angeles and just outside of Olympic National Park. The bathroom was absolutely stellar; my daughter couldn't stop raving about. She said it was "way better than her school bathroom."
I'm hoping we can return to this lovely spot.
