The sleeping arrangements in here are tightttttttt. My bf and I ended up not staying at all. Celeste was a good communicator and kind enough to give us a refund so we could find a place to stay. I am not even sure I would have felt comfortable sleeping up there just by myself its so small. Very cute ground though. l

Gorgeous Overpriced Yurt
If you're someone who has never seen a farm before, this experience could be for you. The yurt itself is beautiful. Its farmhouse style furnishings and decor give a real rustic feel (without sacrificing comfort) and there is a barn on the property. For some, that may be enough to feel like an off-the-grid experience. But for those looking for a more secluded escape from everyday life, you should know that Hidden Flower Tiny Farm is located in a very residential/suburban neighborhood. The photos make this property feel much more rural than it actually is. As a queer camper who also strives to live sustainably (and help others live sustainably), I'm not sure I would be comfortable charging guests $200/night for this experience (at the very least, not in winter).

We enjoyed our stay in Celeste's yurt for a few reasons: 1. Prime location to downtown Asheville 2. Privacy and seclusion with nice view 3. Ability to enjoy a cookout, controlled fire, and gaze at the moon and stars We have recommendations for how to enhance the experience for future guests: 1. Create a full step-stone path from the parking area to the yurt (walking on the sloped lawn during the rain was challenging) 2. Clean or upgrade the grill and fire pit 3. Update instructions about compost toilet to better explain how and where to dispose of urine 4. Lower price for value offered $120-$130/night is more reasonable The experience was a first getaway for us! We wish you the best as you evolve your property.
