This was such a great little spot perfect for a getaway from the city. The campsites were decently spread out with lots of trees to give you privacy and free firewood was a huge plus! The only thing is that there is no hand sanitizer/ soap in the bathrooms so make sure to bring your own.

Arron & Jessica's place was peaceful, clean and beautifully situated among the trees. Site A had a spacious layout and we appreciated the firepit bench & covered area. Bathrooms with flushing toilets and free firewood were a great bonus! Thanks!

We really enjoyed staying at Arron and Jessica's place in site A!! The site is flat and the shelter is large and wonderful! All of their camping spots provide privacy and their entire place was very clean and well taken care of, especially the toilet! Bonus was the free firewood. It rained a couple of days while we were there, but the sand prevented it from being muddy. We were especially thankful for the shelter. We will certainly be back.

The site was a good size and the fire pit was really nice. It had a great spot for the tent. It was a little rainy but all the trees really minimized the impact. My only wish would have been for a picnic table.

Great location, good value
Overall, this was a great site! It was well-maintained, a good value, and the toilet was good!
My communication with the host was really nice and helpful when I got lost getting to the site. I got the sense that they are really trying to build something special out there and are continuing to make the facilities like the bathroom even nicer. The Outhouse was very clean and had plumbing for the toilet. Our campsite was also well maintained And there was bark where we set up our tent. Water was easily accessible. We had no table at our site, but there was a nice log Bench that you could sit on if you didn’t have chairs. You could get there with 2WD. The location was good too, very Close to both of the ferries.
We were a little bit closer to the other campsites than expected, and many of the campers were rowdy (examples yelling Around 11 PM to 1 AM, dog on the loose). I’m not sure what the host could have done here - sometimes folks just want to party in the woods?

Campsite was great! Bathroom was nice and clean. We liked that we had our own water spigot and that they provided free wood. Would stay again in the wonderwoods!!!

Fantastic place
One of the best camp sites! It is private and spacious. Bathroom is clean and spigot is close to the site. Arron and Jessica were super responsive. My family really enjoyed the stay and will visit again.

One of the best camping experiences I have had - the camp site is so cozy! I like all the trees surrounding the camp site so we don’t wake up feeling hot, yet there are light pockets scattered on the site making it very scenic and beautiful. Restroom doesn’t have a light inside but it’s very clean, and the potable water is just right by Site C. Highly recommend!

Thoughtful layout with the placement of the shelter, fire pit and bench seating. I appreciate that the area under the shelter (site A) was nicely leveled with sand and drained well considering we had a downpour for 2 solid days with no flooding or major pooling of water. Also, echoing what others have said, the flushing toilet is probably the nicest/cleanest toilet I've seen from any campsite!
There were enough greenery to feel like you're alone in the forest even though we could see people over at site B and we enjoyed the sound of owls in the evening.
Overall great site and experience.

Wonderful, Spacious Site
This was such a great site! Well taken care of, and very spacious! The camp toilet was easy to get to and very clean. Also, the hosts were so quick to respond to any inquiries we had! We also really lucked out and watched an owl in a nearby tree. We could hear the owls at night and it was so enchanting!
We were camping in August 2024 when the island was hit with a thunder and lightning storm- and my ONLY complaint is that the site is mostly sand, which was totally fine until we got hit with rain. Wet sand sticks to everything, so taking our sand covered stuff home in our car (including our pup) created a mess, but it was just our bad luck that we got rain. Just something to consider if you’re planning a trip with rain in the forecast.

Arron and Jessica's place is amazing! There are 4 pristine camp sites all of which have fire pits and are very private! You are literally camping in a forest but still have amenities; free firewood, a flush toilet and water that are all at your disposal! Arron and Jessica answered all of our questions before our stay and were super quick to respond!! We would absolutely stay again!!

I loved tent camping at site C. Arron and Jessica were very quick to respond to questions and gave thorough instructions and directions. Surrounding sites were far enough away to feel private.

Aaron and Jessica’s campsites are fantastic! The second you turn off the highway you feel like you’re heading deep into the woods. Campsites are far enough apart for privacy, clean, with just enough amenities (water and a bathroom). We will book again!

Cozy, safe.
This campsite was immaculate! We enjoyed how private, cozy, and well tended this campsite was. It feels very safe and while feeling like you are deep in the woods, it is quite easy to get to all whidbey has to offer. Although I wish we had had more time to just enjoy the peace and quiet of the site itself. Thank you Arron and Jessica for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our camping experience at Arron and Jessica’s land. They were super responsive, gave clear directions, and had free firewood for us. Campsite C was lovely- the sand was such a nice touch for ensuring a flat surface to sleep on, the bench gave it a cozier feeling. The site itself was spacious with lots of options to place the tent. As other reviewers mentioned, the great horned and barred owls were lovely to hear at night. The flushing toilet was a nice touch too. We look forward to returning for another camping trip.

We had a wonderful weekend at camp site C! Camp sites are well thought out and have big fire pits and even though two other camps were occupied, it still felt private and comfortable. Best camp toilet I've seen! Thanks again for such a great spot on beautiful Whidbey Island, we hope to come back soon!

We had a an absolutely wonderful time camping on this site. Not only was it a beautiful setting, the features were thoughtful and added to the experience. The fire pit was deep and allowed for a great campfire (with free firewood!), the covered area for the tent was perfect, and we slept without the rainfly. Sand on the ground made it even easier to get a great night's sleep. The spool and and log made for great tables. In addition to the site, the hosts were hands down the most responsive hosts I've ever had with any app, ever. Would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a place to enjoy the PNW and Whidbey Island.

Spacious and quiet
This was a great site for tent camping, lots of space. There was a water spigot at the site, free firewood, and a flush toilet nearby. It was quiet and relaxing. It would be nice if they added a picnic table, we brought a folding table for meal prep. Also you have to haul out your own garbage which we did each day so as to not attract critters, that was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise we thought it was a great place and very central to everything.

This is such a WIN!
Jessica and Aaron’s property is absolutely beautiful. Each campsite is well thought out and cared for immaculately. The privacy offered here is also very special in comparison to so many large campgrounds with such jam-packed sites. Jessica is a wonderful host and even ran out a box of matches for me!! This is such a special experience—the bathrooms are darling and clean, pump water is a bonus and the firewood waiting is a complete bonus. I think this couple has something so unique and you can tell it was built out with love and care. There will be many fun times to come and cannot wait to offer my van adventures in this exact location on gorgeous Whidbey Island!

This was a great spot to camp! All the instructions were really clear and the site itself was so perfect! Jessica gave us great recommendations for a nearby beach and was very responsive to all our questions. Loved the scenery, campfire, benches, and tree stump/table. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Great site!
Couldn't ask for anything more. Clear/flat spots for multiple tents. Plenty of space for parking. Spigot with (tasty) potable water. Excellent fire pit (with deep metal lining and thick stone border, which gave me comfort with out toddler running around). Flushable toilet very close by. Fire wood provided. Neighbors not too close. Couldn't ask for anything more...save for a river bank or a view, lol.

We loved staying at this campground! The main plot was leveled making it easy to set up camp. Amenities with firewood and an outhouse were a major plus.

We LOVE Arron and Jessica's camp site! I brought there 4 teens and the site was very spacious, amazingly clean and the woods absolutely gorgeous! The site D where we were was very private. I guess, that is the beauty of having only 4 campsites on the land! :) I, actually like the idea of not having trash bins on site as it gives a feeling of a cleaner space! we did not care transporting our trash bag back! :) I, definitely recommend it!!!
Also, Jessica and Arron were very caring and helpful answering my questions! I did very much appreciate it!
