Fantastic campsite! We took our two kids on their first camping trip and it was a perfect spot! Not buggy, great view, clean out-house, and nice tent spot. Would highly recommend!

We camped here for 2 nights with some friends and our dogs! It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect setup. The bathroom was great and the covered area with the chairs was really nice too. The fire pit was very pretty and heavy duty. There were lots of deers and rabbits around, so we had to keep one of the dogs on a leash since she has a prey drive, but she still had a great time sniffing around and exploring while supervised. The bathroom was stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and there was a sink for washing your hands afterwards. The toilet is a compost toilet which I've never tried before, but it was really nice and I am used to not having anything while camping so that was a huge plus! The ground was a little uneven in spots but we found some good spots for our tents so it was totally fine, and I know Jason is working on getting some more leveled out spots, but honestly it wasn't that bad in my opinion.

Gorgeous, well cared-for meadow in a clearing of the trees. We saw deer every day, and enjoyed the constant birdsong at the site. There are all sorts of spots to set up a tent, and the porch/shade structure is great for watching the day go by and for setting up a kitchen. Highly recommend, this place is a gem.
Also of note: there are native blackberries, white-bark raspberries, salmon berries, and himalayan blackberries on this site! You'll have to share your grazing time with the critters.

Celestial hip camp was just as described and even more peaceful, quiet and just what we needed. Great Verizon signal, but only LTE tMobile. There was 1 flat spot to park our camper van and difficult to turn around, but learned to back out of driveway. The mowed paths were lovely to walk our dogs. Lots of deer, baby quail, and perfect skies. We will be back! Thank you.

We really enjoyed camping at this site! The deck was great for hanging out, and the outhouse was in good shape as well. Was a little difficult finding flat spots for multiple tents but it worked out great. Would recommend!

The covered deck structure on the property was awesome. Nice off grid bathroom setup. Be certain you're sure footed, the property is uneven. It was easy to find and a good jumping off point for exploring Whidby.

Nice, quiet property with cool landscape. We loved the shelter for morning breakfast and evening drinks. Lots of birds and a few deer. It’s easy to find, but you’ll want to arrive with some daylight to be able to see the property and determine a good place to setup. It took us a bit to decide the best spot for our tent as much of the property is on a slope with uneven ground. We didn’t end up needing the toilet, but the setup looked very clean and good.

This spot was perfect for a tent camping weekend away with some friends. The nature was gorgeous and the porch + chairs were a game changer! The dogs absolutely loved the large property and we got to spend an evening with a deer!
Cons: level ground for multiple tents was a bit challenging & compost toilet was way too smelly for me to use as a pregnant person. Neither were a big deal to us

Overall we had a great experience, other than the yellowjackets swarming the bathroom area, so we used our trailer instead for our sink and bathroom needs. Bit of a trick to get the trailer in and back it out without a backup camera on it, really put our trailer backing to the test. Tight and uneven road so could only go in so far without hitting parts under the trailer. Seems more of a fit for tent camping or a more lifted trailer. Other than that, was a wonderful stay with nature all around you.

we saw deer, chipmunks, rabbits, quail, and many other birds.it was perfect for our slightly reactive dogs to be off leash(except when one chased a deer off 😳)

Tucked away on five private, tree-filled acres, it felt like our own little slice of paradise on Whidbey Island. The second we arrived, we were greeted by wildlife and birdsong echoing through the trees — like nature’s welcome mat.
Our dog had the time of her life — zoomies galore, endless sniffs, and plenty of space to explore safely. It’s hard to find places this dog-friendly and serene at the same time.
If you’re looking to disconnect, recharge, and just be surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, this place is it. We’ll definitely be back.

The property is very peaceful; and it was so wonderful to be able to camp somewhere that we didn’t have to share with anyone else! Jason was very kind and accommodating - he even went the extra mile and brought over a fire pit to use, because the day after our arrival the fire ban lifted. Thanks for letting us stay, Jason.

Overnight trip in Whidbey Island.

Jason’s property was a great place for a quick overnight trip with our family. The land was expansive and there were multiple spots to set up camp in but we ended up setting up close to the covered structure. The terrain was a bit rough but it’s been cleared out so you can access all ends of the property. The site was really clean, the sink was nice to have and the solo stove was a great touch. Jason was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Our dogs had a great time running around and exploring. The only improvements I can think of are the bathroom instructions (which Jason helped us with via text) as well as signage entering the property as I made the wrong turn but figured out quickly. Thank you Jason!
