Nice private spot. Right off the dirt road, but we only saw 1 car while we were there. Dogs loved having space to wander and rest.

Very quiet and secluded spot in the woods. Must be self-contained, carry-in and carry-out. Nice additions include fire pit, chairs, picnic table, pet enclosure, and a forest pathway to a rustic lean-to. Whidbey was pretty quiet the weekend after a long 4th of July weekend.

Wonderful location. Everything was as expected. While we slept close to the dirt road, there was no traffic and we felt secure. Would come here again.
A great camping spot! The parking pad for my Class B was a nice, gravel and level pad in the shade, but my favorite part was the cozy fire pit and picnic area. Such a comfy and nice place to relax and enjoy and good fire. Quiet and relaxing. Really appreciated the firewood, on site, as well. It was in a nice area in a central location to many Whidbey Island destinations. I'd go out of my way to camp here, again! Thanks.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay. I drove by it a couple times before finding it, don't follow the gps - read the directions. The shed is small. The solar light was great, it was private, lovely fire ring and I almost threw my hammock in - which I had because there was a hammock frame as well! Great location as a home base.

Chris’s place was perfect for a weekend exploring the island! It was nestled in the woods and had a really quaint set up for us and our dog to stretch our legs and hang out at camp. Easy to get to but very private - would definitely book again!
This spot was exactly what I needed for a brief one-night stay in my van on Whidbey. The pull out is right off of the gravel road, but I think only one car drive by the whole day I was there, which was a Friday nite & Saturday morning. The spot was also very easy to find, which is always a bonus. The surroundings are heavily wooded, which was both peaceful and scenic. Unfortunately, I stayed there on a nite when it was raining so I didn’t get to use the little attached outcropping with a table and chairs for relaxing and eating, but I was impressed with the space and look forward to coming back in the future.
