    ZUBERS FRIO RIVER CAMP Zubers River Camp is nestled in the hill country, on the beautiful spring fed Frio River, under the amazing Old Baldy. Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Zubers takes pride in remaining a family oriented and fun place to vacation. Whether you're interested in a rental cabin, an RV hookup, or a campsite with shelter, we can accommodate your needs. We have ample frontage on the Frio River so you can relax or enjoy some tubing. We are a Family Oriented facility ... if you're coming to the Frio River just to party, please find somewhere else to stay. Zubers River Camp offers 12 Cabins, 6 Shelters and 31 Full Hook-up RV sites. The famous Garner State Park dance starts every evening around dusk right across the river and goes until 11:00 pm. Area Activites and other Links •Frio Canyon Chamber •Garner State Park •Lost Maples •Frio Bat Flight Tours •Concan Country Club Directions to Zubers River Camp on the Frio River From San Antonio: HWY 90 West 60 miles (to Sabinal) •Turn Right on 127 (between Exxon & Shell) •Stay on 127 for 20 miles (Concan/Garner State Park) •Merge onto HWY 83 North (Leakey/Garner State Park) •Stay on HWY 83 N for 5 miles •Turn Right onto County Road 350 (top of hill/orange kayak) •Stay on County Road 350 for 3 miles •Drive across low water bridge - Note : You'll have a wet water crossing to get to our entrance. To avoid this, stay on Hwy 83N and take 1050 East. •Pass Garner and go over the bridge. Turn right on 350 and just before the river crossing, you'll see our entrance on the right. •Turn Left about 200 yards (white Zubers River Camp arch and office) From Junction: HWY 83 South 70 miles •Turn left onto FM 1050 (Garner State Park) •Stay on FM 1050 for 2 miles •Turn Right onto County Road 350 •Turn Right about 2 miles (white Zubers River Camp arch and office) We hope you have a fun and safe stay with us here at Zubers River Camp.

    Private, safe and very clean. The view from our tent/shelter was a 10+, private river access and friendly ppl. I loved this place and hope we can get back in before summer is over!
