Great stay! We will be back! We enjoyed the boardwalk down to the beach and took advantage of the fire rig to have a nice bonfire right on the beach. Shade tarp at the site really helped and we also used the outdoor shower to spray off the sand. Only negative (no fault of owner!) was the mosquitoes so bring bug spray.

Great spot on the gulf. Perfect little plot for a weekend getaway. As advertised, and we would definitely come back again. Thanks to the host.

We had a great time! Jeff was very accommodating and helpful! We caught a lot of fish- red and black drum. Definitely would stay again!

Nice spot but no privacy and the lot bought right next to it is literally right on top of you when they move in it's going to be a sorry spot to stay. I would recommend camping for free at the end of the road very private and secluded.

Jeff, thank you for sharing your space...for those of us who’d like to enjoy a wilder beach experience, this is the place...we were here for a winter re-set, and it delivered...

The only con I have is the stadium-lighting from the neighbors, slightly diminishing the night sky...but what are you gonna do, we just turned our backs to it and enjoyed the view...

Clean, simple, efficient & secluded...what a treat...We’ll be back!

Ps we went to a local gas station in search of wood on the way in (didn’t read the part that there’s plenty of driftwood to burn). None available, however a guy overheard and offered us his wood at his house down the road. Wouldn’t take money...Just wanted us to enjoy Sargent beach, his home.

Great place for peace and quiet. My wife, young daughter (2 yr old) and dogs had the best time exploring the beach deserted for seashells. Highly recommend a visit. We will definitely return.
Thank you, Jeff!

Accurate directions. Clean site. A perfect place to test out our new RV (new to us). The site was exactly how I expected and how it was described: minimal traffic with direct access to the beach. We are already looking to book our next stay.

This secluded beach spot is very nearly perfect!! It’s exactly as described with hardly anyone around yet we felt safe. Concrete pad easily accommodated our Winnebago View RV. Footbridge to the beach is easily accessible. The only con, which is out of anyone’s hands, are the mosquitoes. Miserable. We had two good days (January cool) and one typical Texas beach weather day. Just be sure to bring bug spray.

Hi Heather, thanks for the review. Glad you had fun and felt safe. Yes, the mosquitos can be a little viscous when there's not a wind.
