Camp Fannie is a 1970 Fan Style Liner in almost original condition, she sits on a little over 2 acres with the Susquehanna river in front train tracks out back with a occasional train passing by and on the far side another camp and Kettle Creek where it meets the river. Kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing and atv trails all close by. Cherry springs for star gazing, have seen elk crossing the river about a mile up stream. Hyner State Park has a lookout approximately 14miles away and hang gliders in the fall with many other State parks close by. There is a restaurant across the road from Fannie with great food. This is a very quiet spot with wild animals and the sounds at night are amazing.

There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. The center is nestled within 138 acres of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the Southern tier of Western New York. This is the ideal place for folks who enjoy secluded, quiet, private places to unwind, relax and commune with the elements of nature. Activities include: hiking, biking, snow shoeing, bird watching, wildlife observation, meditation, stargazing etc. We currently offer 2 cabins, a cottage, 3 tent sites (1 is fully furnished). The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. No hunting, fishing or foraging allowed.

Weekend Trip to Firefly Acres - Star Gazing Views
The cabin was nice. It had good heating, a nice bed, a nice bathroom, and it had lots of forms of entertainment. The cabin also had wifi and a flat screen tv you could stream on. The host was also very good with helping us if we were confused on anything. I definitely plan on staying here again.

My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed at River's Edge for one night and it was idyllic! We rented a canoe, brought it with us, and enjoyed peace down the shallow, quiet river. There was a small ice cream shop/restaurant across the street to walk to. Tracy & Rob were responsive and available for anything we needed, and the tent was clean, no bugs, and warm/cozy.

This is a magical little campground, perfect for a summer weekend getaway! We adored the fairy path and the covered area next to the barn was perfect to seek shelter from the sun or rain. The cabin is quaint, but comfortable and there are tons of ammenities not listed in the listing, which was very much appreciated.
The only thing we were surprised by is how loud the campground across the way is, they had a band playing from 7pm to 11pm Saturday night, which didn't necessarily bother us, but it was very loud so can imagine it's something people would want to know about before they stay. We actually walked down to watch for a while and our son used the bounce house they had set up, so turned into a good time, was just surprised how late it went!

We camped at Stacy and Jason’s at the tail end of a month-long road trip! They went out of their way to welcome us to the farm! Highlights included (in order): an AMAZING view (wow!), effortless bell tent and comfortable camping cots (zzzz!), delightful evening firefly watching, yummy eggs from the chickens and guinea fowl in the morning, and visiting with the four rescue pigs. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Tracy and Rob’s glampground was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend. First and foremost they are very communicative and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. It was a great base camp for a long weekend of exploring the outdoors. The tent was cozy, the grounds were very clean and the surrounding views were nice. I will definitely be returning for another stay sometime in the future.

Tracy and Rob’s Glamping sites were truly lovely!! There are only about 4 of them, so it is very peaceful and private. Our site was called River’s Edge, and it was perfect for us. Tracy and Rob were very responsive and helpful with my questions, and they even allowed us to have a late check-out. The tent was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the porta-potty was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a few days of peace and solitude without all of the work of a full-blown camping trip!
