We call our 10 acre, secluded property Cold Springs. We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. The camping areas are in the back of the property and are surrounded by woods and secluded from view of the house. There are paths leading to the pond which is a great reading area and fishing spot plus a canoe and paddleboat to enjoy. Last summer (2022) we added a tipi to the camping area. Camp Fannie is a 1970 Fan Style Liner in almost original condition, she sits on a little over 2 acres with the Susquehanna river in front train tracks out back with a occasional train passing by and on the far side another camp and Kettle Creek where it meets the river. Kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing and atv trails all close by. Cherry springs for star gazing, have seen elk crossing the river about a mile up stream. Hyner State Park has a lookout approximately 14miles away and hang gliders in the fall with many other State parks close by. There is a restaurant across the road from Fannie with great food. This is a very quiet spot with wild animals and the sounds at night are amazing.

Weekend Trip to Hartman Center Campground
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at cabin #32 on the grounds of the Hartman Center. The hot tub was clean and already made up for us and the cabin was in excellent condition. Along with the provided amenities like Keurig coffee pods and free wifi the vibes we incredible. We even stopped by the fire pit shed to purchase bundles of wood so we could cook steaks outside on the grill. The cute lil binder had all the information we needed to fully and properly enjoy the campgrounds and I can not wait to visit again! 1000/10 experience!!

Booked for a Christmas get away with my boyfriend and it beat our expectations. Very cozy and romantic but also good for families. They have thought of everything you need. Bellefonte itself is a beautiful town if you are looking to get out no matter what time of year. The hot tub was a bonus that was very relaxing. Can't wait to return!

Weekend Trip to Hartman Center Campground
What a lovely location and well appointed tiny home! We had all that we needed and the contact person was very reachable for questions. Cabin 24 is set apart from the other ones and feels very peaceful/private. The warm from the house melted a path on the deck and stairway for easy access, despite the snow and ice. While we did not make use of the camp store, it was great to know there was extra firewood available for purchase if needed. I would recommend staying here for quiet, clear, starry skies, and the small hikes throughout the property. There is plenty to see without leaving the grounds, but the location is very convenient for antiquing and general shopping, lots of parks and sights nearby. We enjoyed all the fresh animal tracks in the snow one morning after an evening snowfall. What a cozy winter getaway this was!

I absolutely loved my stay at Campground #79. It was the perfect escape from the city …peaceful, clean, and cozy in every way. The cabin had everything we needed, from a super relaxing hot tub to excellent heating that kept the space warm and comfortable.
The host was amazing; attentive, responsive, and great with communication. They walked us through check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this cabin for both couples and families looking to disconnect and recharge. The location also has plenty to do, with nearby restaurants and activities, all neatly listed in the guidebook inside the cabin. It truly had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway.

I loved the tiny home. My partner and I had a great time. Definitely bring cooking equipment though if you plan to cook. I wasn’t sure whether to bring any, and saw it said it had basic cooking equipment but it wasn’t much to work with. Other than that everything was great. Easy to navigate and arrived without issue. Came late so couldn’t find the cabin, but customer service was great and helped navigate us in the dark. Would definitely recommend and come back to the campground when it’s warmer out!

Cabin was amazing. Beyond clean, sleek, with modern functions. I got it especially for the hottub lol. Highly recommend checking out the antique stores in the area, and Big Valley antiques 40 mins away, a true shoppers haven. Can't speak for the food in the area since I brought my own. But well worth the trip and will tell all my friends.

Best campground I've stayed at, hands down. Neat as a pin, quiet, no amenity neglected or forgotten. Tiny house #80 is just perfect - you can't go wrong. Comfortable beds, lots of space (for at least 3 adults or more), great drip coffee (supplied), plenty of towels and TP, hot water galore, comfortable couch and dinner table, generously sized refrigerator and cool little kitchenette (and if it's your thing, 3 flat screen TVs - one in each BR!). I highly recommend Bellefonte Campground. We will be back!!

My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed at River's Edge for one night and it was idyllic! We rented a canoe, brought it with us, and enjoyed peace down the shallow, quiet river. There was a small ice cream shop/restaurant across the street to walk to. Tracy & Rob were responsive and available for anything we needed, and the tent was clean, no bugs, and warm/cozy.
