Marked by the American flag and close to Sanders Base Camp, this site has been recently renovated! The Patriot boasts a level gravel parking pad, a large cement patio, picnic table, and an updated fieldstone fire pit. This site is perfectly suited to accommodate travel trailers of any size, including 40' motor homes! A hand pump water well is located adjacent to the site. After a quick and easy set up, relax by the fire and enjoy the sunset across Conotton Creek.

Sanders Base Camp #1

This is the original 'base camp' site named after the founder of Memory Park, Forrest Sanders. Base Camp features a large cement pad/patio with a cemented drive, so no leveling is required. Warm up to the expansive sandstone fire pit, an ideal gathering place for family and friends.

Resting at the edge of the property along the bank of Conotton Creek, River Bend offers quiet and privacy, along with beautiful sunrise views. The site includes a fieldstone fire pit close to the edge of the bank. Although not pictured, a picnic table can be delivered to the site.

Fox Den Site 1

Named after longtime campers in this particular spot, Fox Den is a large open green space covered by a canopy of magnificent maple trees. Fox Den is suitable for a single family wanting extra open space for play or privacy. It is also an ideal site for group camping where multiple families can spend time together. For group camping, please book each tent/camper travel trailer/RV separately. Fox Den also boasts an enormous sandstone fire pit and granite side table for easy meal prep. The sunrise is stunning from Fox Den, so get up early (if you want to) and enjoy the beautiful sunrise from this campsite!

Dawn Road Retreat

Outback Bend

Outback Bend, named after the Murphy's first travel trailer, is tucked in against a backdrop of trees at the "bend" in the driveway along the bank of the creek. It features a large sandstone fire pit area, lots of space for outdoor play, and easy access to the portable restroom.

Memory Park offers a multitude of awesome camping spots, and Creekside Path is one of them! Set up your tent or back in your camper and you're good to go! This site is located right off the main driveway yet offers that much-needed seclusion and nature you're seeking.

Dispersed Camp Sites

If you'd like to join another camping group at a designated location or if you'd like to go off the beaten path and create your own camp location (with permission from Mark and Tammy, camp hosts), then select this option. Dispersed camping works great for tent, or small travel trailers. If you have questions, please message Mark for more information.

Hide Away Hollow

Tucked in all by itself and covered by a beautiful tree canopy, Hide Away Hollow is a private, secluded spot near the center of the campground. If you're looking for shade and privacy, here is your spot! It is also located close to the portable restroom.

Shady Rest

Shady Rest is just that...a site with plenty of shade and lots of space for family play and outdoor games. Kids can spend hours on the tree swing hanging from a giant Sycamore tree at the front of the site. The water pump and portable restroom are conveniently a few skips away.

Murphy Meadow

Murphy Meadow is nestled close to the creek next to two large maple trees. It features a great view of the campground, an updated fieldstone fire pit and close proximity to the tree swing, spacious grassy area for outdoor play, and portable toilet.

Cousin's Cove is a spacious campsite located in the center of the campground and features a large sandstone fire pit. Cousin's Cove is an ideal individual family campsite or it can serve as a perfect gathering place for group camping (multiple families), accommodating up to 3 separate tents or travel trailers. Please book separately for each tent/camper/RV.

What a beautiful place!

We car camped at the River Bend site and it was just the most beautiful place to be. The fall leaves made for wonderful scenery. Nice and quiet! I do believe we were the only ones there for the night and it made for some of the most peaceful camping I’ve ever had. Port-a-potty was very clean and well maintained. Loved this place and will be back in spring!

We wanted to get away and Memory Park Campground was a great spot to do that! Mark is a great host, offering a great location, easy and fast communication, and friendly. At the end of October, we were the only ones camping and were lucky to enjoy the place to ourselves. Even if others were there, you can tell the sites are given plenty of space and the property is laid out nicely. Having firewood on-site was so convenient. It was nicely chopped and dry/seasoned (which is rare for canpgrounds). The only negative is the train that woke us at night but even with that we would recommend and book again.

Outback Bend

We loved camping at Memory Park! It was a nice and well taken care of area. The area had leaves blown off prior to our arrival as well. We had plenty of room to let the kids play safely and they loved riding their bikes around the loop of the grounds. We got to see some wild life, including 8 deer near by and 3 beavers in the creek! Mark was a very nice host, had our firewood delivered before our arrival, and checked in on us as well during our camp. The port a potty was located close to our camping spot and was the cleanest one I've used! Thanks so much for a fun stay!

Memory Park is a great place! Campsites are well taken care of. Some are tucked back in and private while others are more open and would be a great option for a few families to get away and camp together. If you go with kids, take bikes and also make sure to take a short boat ride (available on-site) on Conotton Creek. 5 stars!

Memory park was beautiful, clean, and quaint. We tent camped at River Bend for a couple nights and decided we could’ve stayed longer when it came time to leave. It was slightly erie the first night being the only ones in the park but it added to the ambiance. This is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and reconnect with nature. We would love to come back with a group of friends for a weekend!

Amazing campground and host with good spacing between the sites and great amenities. Only issue was that there is a train track right next to the place so you get the occasional train passing through but it was pretty rare.

Memory Park Campground is quiet and secluded. Be aware that it is adjacent to railroad tracks that are active. New picnic bench, fire ring, recently tended grass and lots of room to explore including active wildlife. Five 17-18 year old boys were fully-engaged and entertained. Mark communicated actively and seemed available.

What an amazing spot. The hosts are wonderful, communication is great. The campground is small and remote and just gorgeous. Cannot say enough good things. One of the reviews mentioned a train and it went by twice but was quick and we love trains. Spaces are well distanced. Just awesome and cannot wait to go back down soon.

Dawn Road Retreat

Beautiful land! Spacious, felt safe, and not uncomfortablely close to the other sites. Lots of deer, oppossums, butterflies, and peepers (lil frogs). There's a train right over the ridge that goes by twice, not annoying tho. Might scare the heck outta you if you aren't aware tho.😂 Had a stone fire ring and picnic table.
