    The property is wooded, swampy when it’s rainy, and a mostly flat cut grass area. It can be muddy in spots at times. We have chickens, goats and a lot of dogs that bark. Tractors and vehicles and neighbors on bikes and ATVs go by regularly. It’s mostly peaceful and we love it here. Our house is under renovation and you can see signs of that on the exterior. You must clean up after your dogs. Keep your campsite area clean and free from piles of your belongings or trash. We are 39 minutes to Potter Park Zoo, 27 minutes to Spartan Stadium, 22 minutes to High Caliber Karting and 35 minutes to the Lansing Mall.
