We welcome pets for camping, but no pets allow in the Camping Cabin.     The 66-acre property has been licensed as an airport (PS20) since the 1980s. It is currently an active, private airport. We don't sell fuel or offer services beyond camping so we primarily have only air traffic with few to no landings each year. In other words, it is very quiet here except during the occasional low pass. We are very eager for pilots to fly in and camp out! The beautiful sunsets and stargazing night skies are a real treat for anyone that comes to visit. Lots of deer, birds, and other wildlife can be seen out and about. Bring your telescope and binoculars to view all the property has to offer! Note that we are always working to improve our slice of heaven, thus we do have tools, vehicles, and equipment stored around the farm that if not used now will be one day. We appreciate your understanding that some areas are used for our personal / farm storage. If you're not into looking at our farmware, there are a few nearby campgrounds. The hot tub is located next to the owner's home. Guests are welcome to use this at any time but must reserve and pay for a time slot. * Book this through the Extras * We are within walking distance of Swatara State Park and close to the Appalachian Trail. Short drive to the local winery, bowling alley, pub/diner, and movie theater. Grocery stores and gas are also nearby. Miles of hiking, rail trail, single-track mountain biking, and kayaking are all right here! See our kayak and bike rentals under extras!     We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks.     Beautiful location and scenery. A little far from the Tetons but we still drove I. 2 days. The tiny cabin was adorable lots of room, good bed and nice bath. The only issue was the lack of hot water.

    I would give this site an 11/10! The tiny home is really lovely, has everything you need, the hot tub is incredible and the porch a real slice of heaven. The location is superb, the views from the property, and especially the tiny home are amazing. It’s a 2 minute walk down to a gorgeous totally untouched beach’s. There’s no neighbors at all! I would definitely agree that 4 wheel drive is best for the driveway. I spent a full day going to Sol Duc falls and some trails there, and stopped at the ancient grove forest on the way which was a great day. I hope to go back someday with my family!

    Cozy, clean, and fully equipped. It was the perfect place after a day at the Grand Canyon. We booked this spot thinking it was 80 minutes from the Grand but the host sent map direction that gave map direction for less then an hour to get to East entrance. There was plenty of space to relax. And being a group that likes to cook, the kitchen setup was fully equipped for the task. Stuffed pork chops one night, and homemade chicken noodle soup the next. Beds and bathroom were perfect for our needs. And best of all, pet friendly so our FOMO doodle got to join us. Hosts even had a gated spot out back to let the dog off leash and play fetch. Seriously impressed!!

The host was the sweetest man and was so helpful with anything we needed. The hot fresh homemade apple turnovers were to die for. A sweet place to relax and rejuvenate.     We loved our stay amongst the redwoods! We would absolutely stay again. The tiny house is comfortable and the kitchenette well-stocked with dining ware and tools for cooking. We loved the string lights. The only thing to note is that the tiny house is very close to the main house and there is very little privacy.

    I thought I was renting a cabin. It turned out we rented a tiny fully stocked house. It was quiet, the hosts are amazing and our dogs were welcomed. We purchased the breakfast add on and oh my goodness it was delicious. We will be going back. The tiny home has a front and back porch. We had a BBQ and grilled our dinner the first night. I had never used hipcamp before and was pleasantly surprised. We will be going back

    We loved camping here. It was quiet, great views and pretty secluded from other campers. A great place to watch the stars at night and wake up with a coffee overlooking a farm and the sky as a backdrop. We loved how you are allowed to bring in firewood yourself, but if you forgot, you can purchase from them. Close to hiking, Julian pie, c couple cages, Julian if you'd like. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great place!

    Had a nice quiet stay at Snug harbor . Love this place . We stayed in the studio one . We stayed new year eve . I wanted a quiet night away from fireworks. Had a nice fire going in our firepit outside . Very relaxing night . Wish it was longer . We'll definitely be back soon . The guy that runs the front is so nice and helpful too. Next time I'm getting the bigger one . So I can bring my sons fishing here . Thanks Snug harbor for a relaxing New Years Eve.

There is not cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas, due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery). In the past we let people cook and eat around the pool but now our whole property is fly infested and I find scattered leftovers on the ground. Thanks for understanding. THERE IS A 1-2 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5! Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger. CHECK OUT OUR NEW LODGING: This property is my home that I live in with my 2 kids. It is a rustic and homey vibe, definitely not a hotel. We want you to come knowing what to expect. Our property offers a pool, and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property.
