We spent a full month here in space 1. there was room for our 37' coach, vehicle trailer and vehicle. The property is very private and surrounded by trees that nicely break the constant ocean winds.
I suggest that you inspect the property before driving or towing your RV in, especially if it's a larger unit. If there is another guest in space 2 it can make turning within the area difficult or impossible.
The turn from 1st street to Campbell is very tight, I found it easier to approach from and exit to the north (Seagate restaurant side) rather than south. I decided to back our coach up the road and into the space. Not difficult but be aware of the drainage ditch on the north side of Campbell if you do back in.
50-amp power in space 1, 30 amp power in space 2. Be sure to have at least 50 feet of water hose to service space 1. Also, note that there is no public refuse disposal available so plan on securing your garbage against animal intrusion and carrying it out with you when you leave. Beware, there's a $500 fine for dumping it at the State Park.
Great beach access, right across the highway.
We had deer and coyote visitors every day of our stay.
Close to Pacific Beach town. The Seagate restaurant and bar is within walking distance, friendly, and has great food. Don't miss the clam chowder at the Windjammer Restaurant either.
the host is outstanding, friendly, and responsive. He immediately incorporated a couple of suggestions into his property description. I'd rate the Pacific Beach retreat Center at 4.5 stars and we will definitely try to reserve this on our next trip to Pacific Beach.
