Next time . Nobody home as Hipcamp stuffed up and didn’t remove this property from the market as requested by the owners. Didn’t get quite the full refund. Owners returned their portion but seems Hipcamp haven’t.

My wife and I loved the place along with our three dogs. Everything was very quiet. The host was super friendly to us and I really recommend it.

Site 2 - Janeric Ranch
Loved car camping on Janie's land. She and her husband were so kind and made us feel at home right away. Site #2 felt very private and had easy access to the porta-potty. Lots of extra seating and hammocks as well as ample firewood and a cute little basket of supplies we might need. Loved sitting by the pond and watching the horses graze. Looking forward to coming back for a future stay!

We spent two nights camping here to ride motorcycles in the area. It was a very pleasant experience. Janie, the host, is very kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The land is beautiful, and you’re out of the way of the main house with plenty of privacy. A nice fire pit and picnic table and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

The host is such a wonderful and caring individual that made the ranch feel like home. The campsite was spacious, clean, private and relaxing. Loved walking around the land and running into her animals and especially her horse Boots. Would definitely book again!!!

Our stay at Janeric Hipcamp was a relaxing sojourn in a peaceful, equestrian setting. Our kind host, Janie, welcomed my husband and I, and extended her immense hospitality upon our arrival. She gave us the lay of the land, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable evening. Thank you!
There were several great spots on the property suitable for tent-camping or camper vans. The camping plot we chose was neatly nestled within the trees at the edge of the property. The site had everything we needed including a picnic table, outdoor toilet facility, chairs, hammocks,
solar lighting, and a fire-ring stocked with wood. The entire property was well-maintained and clean with a laid-back, easy-going vibe.
On the grounds you will find a variety of animals, including some very friendly horses (Janie offers equestrian experiences for those interested in riding). There was also a pond on site—if kayaking or fishing is more of your thing.
My husband and I had a great time at Janeric Hipcamp. Thank you for sharing your land with us, and for your wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciate it!

Camping at Janeric was a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a more accomodating and friendly hosts. Janie and Amanda are awesome! This trip was our favorite Hipcamp experience to date. I highly recommend Janeric.

Perfect getaway even tho it rained. We appreciated the supplies Janie had ready for us, she had chopped stacked firewood at the campsite and a lil smokies bbq with lighter fluid and grill utensils plus 2 hammocks hung and a couple folding camp chairs. The place has some walking trails with lots of trees and nature, up front was the pond area which we fished the 1st day and caught a few small perch, very peaceful and the host Janie was fantastic, super friendly and available to answer questions but gave us our space and made us feel like we were at home, we definitely will be back
