On a Serene Pond by a Waterfall

This site was mostly private and on a beautiful spot on a pond with a small waterfall. The site had an electric hook up for our camper and a clean porta potty so we were comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the many convenient amenities such as the rentable kayaks, firewood bundles and the WiFi hotspot. My family really enjoyed the kayaking, hanging out by the waterfall and the dock. It really was a great site and we plan to return.

Campsite was clean and well appointed with everything as advertised. This remote spot is great for a quick get away. We visited in March so there were no other campers around at adjacent spots which was nice. Looking forward to coming back in the summer with the kids when is warm.

Alicia's waterfront campsite is absolutely amazing. We were looking for a quiet relaxing place for our last camping trip of the season and Alicia's site was just perfect for this. We rented the boat as an add on and spent almost a whole day out on the water fishing. Must have caught at least 30 bass between us. Just can not say enough about how beautiful and relaxing this place is. Alicia is very responsive and an absolute great host. Thanks again for hosting us and can't wait go there again next season!

Our 3rd stay! We love fall on the pond so peaceful and quiet.
Alicia is a great host and very responsive. We don't have service when we are at the site so adding on the wifi spot is awesome.

Peaceful and secluded and great hosts. WiFi hotspot is very fast and very reliable. Lots of bald Eagles every day flying around. Power supply is expansive. Plenty of room for tenters. We did this in mid October and it was beautiful and we saw the Aurora Borealis one night. Firewood is bone dry and chopped in different sizes which is beneficial for both starting fires and keeping them going. Deck platform off of the pad is very useful. Plenty of trees for hammocks and tent coverage from wind. Very responsive and helpful host - fast communication.

Awesome spot. We loved everything about this spot! We enjoyed canoeing and watching the beavers. We are already planning our next trip here. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at this Lakefront Site. It was beautiful and our group of young kids (ages 6 to 10) fished and played at the water all weekend. We would recommend this location to anyone!

Magical beauty and serenity

Alicia's place was so beautiful and peaceful. We truly felt immersed in nature and tranquility. It's very private with only one site on the property and although it's on a little country road, only a few vehicles passed by in our 3 day stay. We witnessed wildlife (eagles, and beavers were the highlight) and the mist on the pond in the mornings was magical. Our pup kept us entertained frolicking in the water and determined to catch a frog or fish. We highly recommend!!

We had an amazing few days. Alicia and family are very attentive and extremely kind. The extra add ons are definitely worth it. This lake front site is amazing with a waterfall at the edge of the property. It is located on a road but very secluded at the same time. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. I stayed 3 nights, the first of which it rained, and the second day remnants of a hurricane 'debbie' moved through. It was a struggle. Hosts were very nice and I spoke with both of them. The site is expansive with a private dock, kayaks, a canoe and on a nice day, which I got a day and a half of, it is awesome. We caught some fish that looked like catfish ''bottom fish, smash a snail you find and put in on the hook¨. Even with all the rain the site drained fairly well. There is even a waterfall at the edge of the pond. There is no Verizon cell service, well advised to arrange to use their hotspot for a small fee. While I did not expect this from the listing, there was a dedicated private porta'potty which was spotless upon arrival, less spotless when we left. And, there is electric on site which you can use.

We had a wonderful time camping on Alicia’s property. It was beautiful, quiet, the perfect get-away to relax and enjoy nature and you can bring your doggies with you!
They Provide so many things for you to do; a diving board, a slide, Kayaks, a canoe, tubes, a rowboat. My husband caught many fish on the lake.
Alicia and her husband are the perfect hosts, so kind and accommodating. When our car battery died they came so quickly with jumper cables and got us going again! We were so appreciative!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to take our family camping these last few day. The property was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. It was amazing have have private access to the lake - we rented kayaks from Alicia and spent so much time on the water ! With all the lovely trees there was always a spot to relax in our hammocks in the shade. We all agreed, we can’t wait to go back ! Thanks Alicia and family !

Lovely setting with plenty of photo ops. Our children spent most of their time in the water, either swimming or rowing or paddling. Alicia was a responsive and friendly host. Would highly recommend.

Quiet spot great for dogs

It’s a great spot private dock and waterfall. Dogs had a great time. There is a road behind but it’s very quiet. We maybe had 4 cars and a couple runners. Owners very accommodating and friendly. Super responsive to questions.

When I tell you this place is a little secret slice of heaven; I mean it!! If you're craving a quiet, private, but fun filled vacation- this is for you! The spot is located right on the water. Great fishing (we caught some nice big bass even) and having the option to rent canoes and kids kayaks was great! The kids loved the slide!! The spot is located on a road, but we may be saw 3 cars pass by in 3 days. You're surrounded by green mountains, the lake is gorgeous. And you truly feel like it's out of a movie. Alicia was an incredible host. And answered any questions we had. Highly recommended adding on the Wi-Fi, because there is no service for Verizon. But the WiFi was very strong and fast! ❤ we can't wait to come back!!

Had an amazing stay at Alicia’s site! Her and her husband came up to bring us firewood and the both of them were a delight. It’s by the road but it’s not a busy road at all. Getting the hotspot saved us a lot of trouble so I definitely recommend. The fresh eggs for breakfast was such a nice treat. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family loved this location. The view is amazing, you can hear the waterfall all night, and the sky was so clear to stargaze. Our girls had a blast using their kayaks on the calm water and we were able to practice our paddle boards. They loved the slide and diving board plus they fished right off the dock. The road is barely used so we only saw a few trucks and four wheelers.

Such a beautiful peaceful place! Our little toddlers absolutely loved running around, looking for frogs, the swings, and the rowboat just to name a few! The electricity hookup was great and the add-on WiFi was strong. We loved it and miss it already.
