An up-and-coming regenerative farm and ranch in Northern New Mexico. We have an Artesian Well providing some of the purest water 24/7 and 365 days a year. We enjoy the bluest of skies with 278 avg sunny days and stunning sun rises and sun sets in Ribera, NM. We have 365-degree views with hiking, biking, trail riding and camping. As a former feed lot educational pilot project in the 1960s and 70s, we also have available huge secure pipe fenced pens for your horses while traveling.Pitch or tent or park your rig by the artesian well and you will have some of the best water you can find and complete privacy. With 1334 acres, finding your private, unique and favorite spot on the ranch won't be hard. There is vehicle access to most of the common spaces and pitching a tent right then and there is fine, but if you want to park and hike - be our guests!
