Two 22' x 75' back-in RV sites with year-round hookups are located near the corner of a 5.4-acre wooded property, encompassing approximately one acre of the grounds. Guests often enjoy sightings of deer, elk, and turkeys. The property is just over two miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene, with easy access by car, bike, or on foot to restaurants, shops, parks, the Tubbs Hill trail system, Lake Coeur d'Alene, and more. The upper RV site offers full hookups, including water, sewer, and 50-, 30-, and 20-amp electric service. The lower site includes water and 50-, 30-, and 20-amp electric but does not have sewer access.

Great campsite in a great location

A nice, wide and perfectly flat campsite that's a short drive from CdA and all that town has to offer. Garbage service, with recycling, was very much appreciated. There is a bit of road noise, but it's minor. The crickets start early and we had a few friendly frogs keep us company while we watched the deer and turkey.

Pleasant stay, nice site, welcoming host. Site was level and large, power was quality and clean. We did not hook up to water. Very quiet location. Not too bad to get to from freeway. Word of caution for large rigs, you have to pass the sites and do a backing maneuver to get turned around, but there is adequate space. Warning that the transition to the driveway from the street is not conducive to large rigs die to sharp turn and depression at the driveway entrance. I scraped the asphalt on entry and dig into dirt driveway on exit. My rig is a 43’ 5th wheel behind a d CC dually. Also needed 4wd to back into the space as my rig runs about 33k lbs gross.

Wonderful host. Very clean area. Plenty of wild life to watch and relax. Plenty of room for a 32 foot 5th wheel and 2 vehicles. Would totally recommend staying here if your in the area.
