Grand Riviera RV Resort offers spacious RV sites, modern amenities, and a convenient location to all of the surrounding Gulf Coast has to offer. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Added Conveniences The rental rate includes the RV site, the pedestal with water/sewer, electric, 30 and 50 amp, cable and internet hookups, and access to all the resort amenities. Amenities Include: Three swimming pools (1 heated) and laundry house. Park Amenities Include: Welcome / Rental Office *Clubhouse * Specious Covered Pavilion * 3 Bathhouses * 2 Laundry Facility *3 Swimming Pools * Playground * Soccer field * 3 Pickleball Courts * Dog Park * Daily Boat Parking * High Speed WiFi Requirements/Restrictions Limit of two (2) pets per RV. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Dogs, Wolf and Wolf hybrids, Mastiff and German Shepherd are prohibited in the resort. Dogs/Cats Must be kept on leash at ALL times. RV must be at least 22 ft in length and 15 years or newer. Concrete pad is 18ft wide and 70ft long. Lot 67 in Grand Riviera Resort RV

Nestled in the little ALABAMA, town of S. Foley Al. Is this very nice and new property that has RV lots for sale, but if you’re interested in just a place to stay and relax, enjoy the surrounding areas ( Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and the pensacola area then this is a great location. Very clean restrooms and showers +3 swimming pools with one heated. We stayed a lot 67, which was close to the pickle ball courts, and pool/office. A nice restaurant (Wolf Bay) right across the street from the entrance and Lambert’s where they throw rolls, is within a quarter of a mile.
