You will find 19 Sites nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, 3 blocks off of Hwy 98 and steps away from the neighborhood Public Beach Access on Perdido Bay. We are less than a mile from the New (FREE) Lillian Boat Launch & Pier. All Sites include 30amp Power, Water, Sewer and Unlimited WiFi. You will have access to an Onsite Dumpster & Wash House with coin-operated washer & dryer. Check-in is 12noon and Check-out is 11am. The area is great for biking, walking, nature hikes, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating and fishing. Come and enjoy our quaint little of Lillian, AL...we would love to have you. Grumpy Old Men!!!

1. Grass needed to be cut 2. Electric box for our site was not working properly. Had to use another site’s power. We did have power though. 3. Camper in site #1 while backing camper to site kept saying to my wife we are very quiet here. No rowdy people here no loud kids. He was elderly and a little pushy. 4. Only there 2 nights we had no other issues. 5. Property managers were good at communicating

Good location 15 min to Perdido key beach and 20 minutes to orange beach Al. level grass lot easy back in. Not exactly what we expected. RV park with several long term residents were RVs haven’t moved in quite a while with a few short term lots mixed in.

It's basically an RV park for permanent stays. The lot I got was grass, level, with electric, water and sewer hu. It was reasonably close to the Orange and Gulf shore beaches. I basically was gone all day so it suited me fine. I was in a van.
