Adorable spot!
Terri's place was an excellent first hip camp experience! The greenhouse and garden were super cute and the gravel was level and easy to pull in and out of.

Terri’s Lush Oasis
Terri and Sam have an oasis: lush grass, smooth gravel surface, super clean, greenhouse with hot tub and patio. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Terri’s land. Great hosts, a beautiful place and a good spot to explore the area. The garden was full of yummy fruit and the pond was great for cooling down after a hot day.

Great camping option
Terri’s land was wonderful. We took a dip in the pond to cool off after our long bike ride and didn’t want to get out to go into town. Terri offered us a bottle of wine to enjoy by the pond. We also enjoyed a couple of peaches from the tree next to our tent. The grass was nice and soft with lots of shade. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio next to the greenhouse. Overall great experience.

Such a beautiful campsite! We were in love with the place! The lawn - so so plush and green. It felt like a super soft carpet. Beautiful shade trees. Gorgeous plants. The greenhouse and patio - so cute. Didn’t take a dip in the pond but it looked very inviting. Toilet was close and clean. Fresh water if we needed it. Terri even offered cold bottled water, bug spray and a flashlight. Only complaint - wish we could have stayed longer. It was lovely 🥰

Welcoming hosts, beautiful property
Terri and Sam are very gracious hosts and their property was the perfect spot for us to relax and recharge for a few days before heading back out to boondock in the National Forest for a week. We actually stayed in a spot with full electric and water hookup next to a beautiful green lawn we could put our chairs out on. The swimming pond looks inviting and there are several shady spots on the property to sit and relax. Wi-Fi was provided and we had great cell coverage on both Verizon and AT&T.

Peaceful and Welcoming
I stayed here with my 6yo and 4yo while road tripping home to Portland from a visit to the Idaho Falls area. Our arrival was delayed several hours due to the unpredictable nature of road trips with children; Terri was gracious and welcoming despite our late arrival.
The children loved wading and floating in the pond and exploring the greenhouse. I loved having a clean and non-public area to unload/sort/organize/reload all of our stuff. A comfortable bonus is that the lawn where we set up our tent was lush and soft.
There is a lot of charm to the details here and I could see this being a great spot for a girl's weekend.

The Best Hosts Ever !
From the moment we arrived at Terri’s land, we knew we were in for a special experience. The hosts went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect.
Their warmth and attentiveness set a new standard for hospitality that we have never encountered before.
The clean and well-maintained facilities, the beautifully decorated common area, it was clear that our hosts took great pride in their property.
The flower garden was teeming with colorful blooms and the pool nestled beside provided the perfect spot to cool off and unwind. It was a joy to spend the evening by the water, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the garden.

Perfect spot for kids. Terri and her husband were very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed checking out downtown Emmett, swimming in the pond, and lounging in the mini orchard.

The host and their family were all very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone with two children and felt very safe. Host provided coffee, juice, and breakfast in the morning even though we had an early departure time.

Terri was a great host and we'd be happy to stay again! The property was nice to walk around with a greenhouse, swimming pond, and chickens as well. Terri was kind and extremely helpful / responsive.

Relaxing beautiful stay!
We loved RV camping here. Land is beautiful and close to town while being in the country. Easy hookups. They are the kindest hosts! I highly recommend this site and Emmett Idaho! Can’t wait to stay again.

This was my first stop on my first solo road trip. Terri and her family (two & four legged) were all so friendly and welcoming and their space was well set up for both RV and tent camping.
It is right along a country road, so there is a bit of road noise, but I slept like the dead, which is unusual for me. The chickens, cicada and pond provided white noise that I usually have to find on Spotify.
Terri is a natural hostess and was offered a slice of her herbed focaccia bread, that I saw her harvest the rosemary from a bush on her patio and was told the garlic, tomatoes and other herbs were from her garden as well. Peaches were ready to harvest while I was there and I had my first tree-ripened peach of my 40+ life. Divine!
The mosquitoes did love me—especially the first night—so definitely use spray. The propane fire ring on the side of the greenhouse was lovely to be able to enjoy and with a mosquito repellent incense stick, it was perfect on a summer evening.
I’ll be back, if passing this way again! 💜

Sweeeet retreat
Wonderful experience! Terri and Sam are amazing hosts! Beautiful clean water oasis hit the spot on a hot day. Amazing coffee and fresh breakfast snacks hit the spot in the greenhouse. 10 out of 10 can’t wait to go back there again.!!! Thanks a bunch

Terri was an incredible host, friendly, accommodating, her husband even helped me back my trailer in. The site was wonderful, surrounded by her gardens, with a couple patios to relax on. Her cherry trees had ripe cherries which she encouraged us to pick. Would highly recommend.

Great hosts and property!
Great property and great hosts. Terri and her husband, and daughter (lives next door), we're so hospitable! From a thoughtful breakfast and coffee laid out in the greenhouse each morning, to having a fire pit all ready for us, to even allowing us to go in the chicken coop with them to harvest some eggs. Our 2 year old daughter loved it there. She didn't want to leave. Neither did we. Thanks again!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Terri was such an amazing host and the property is beautiful and welcoming. We have 4 boys and they had a blast swimming in the pond! The continental breakfast was delicious. Definitely going to remember our stay here. ❤️
