A few years ago my best friend and I did a paddling trip down the Edisto River and stayed in a tree house....I fell in love with the idea and began working on my own adventure oasis as soon as I got back from that trip! If interested in hearing about how I discovered a 48 acre island in the middle of the Waccamaw River and my plans for tree houses, glamping tents and other cool stuff just ask me while you are staying at the property and I would be happy to tell you the whole story.
