Amazing as always! We both had a great time! We missed Donkey the first day but he came by the following night and it was so lovely to see him and the horses.
The sky was amazing as always. Couldn't have asked for a better spot or a better trip! They did a lot of trimming since the last time we went and I never knew how big the property actually was!

Lindsay was incredibly communicative and helpful and the land was gorgeous!! Loved waking up to the horses around our trailer and campsite. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!!☺️

This is an amazing place! I’m already planning to make this my spot! Lindsay is a great help! The process is really easy.
I just had a lot of questions because I was nervous. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t stepping on the wrong property. She confirmed and it was a fantastic stay!
The animals were beautiful, our spot we chose couldn’t have been better so peaceful and quiet my nephew kept repeating all trip how he loved it!
The stars, the animals, the fish, the bugs lol just everything was perfect!
Definitely rebooking HERE, now that I know where to go and what to expect. Even my parents now say they want to go!

This place has a pond that’s easy to swim in (no beavers or debris) it was a beautiful, peaceful stay. There were wooded areas to explore, plenty of shade and peace and quiet.

Great property! Loved the fact I could park and camp right on the water, our German Shepard, Kora loved it! Bring your fishing pole because there was a bunch of fish caught! Plenty of fire wood laying around to gather. Host was very nice and responsive. Would most definitely recommend!

Beautiful land with a beautiful array of native plants. Very casual, I just picked a spot in the shade by the pond where I found a fire ring. I really enjoyed seeing the horses. Lots of healthy prairie, lots of bugs, frogs, birds, stars… all the good stuff. Really affordable and had a very nice stay.

We stayed in first entrance spot before the house past greenhouses. We drove back and it was a nice isolated quiet spot. Caught a few sunfish and saw the horses roaming.

Absolutely love it here! Lindsay is a wonderful host who checks in on you occasionally (my first stay was for 29 days and I’ve renewed for more). The property is far enough away from major roads that you don’t hear traffic constantly passing by. There are an abundance of spaces to choose from to set up camp. The horses on the property make you feel safe and are very friendly. They are absolutely majestic animals and I love listening to them when they are galloping around. I came to this location for some peace and serenity to study the bible and to watch the night sky and it has been worth it in so many ways. When it’s clear you can see the whole night sky and it’s incredibly amazing. It’s very peaceful here as well, even with the wells pumping off in the distance. It’s not too far away from a small town to stock up on supplies and about 20 more minutes away you have just about everything you could ask for with restaurants & fast food, and also a Walmart Supercenter. I’d absolutely recommend this property to everyone!

I'm grateful for the time I spent on Lindsay's land. Every review is right on. From the peaceful and beautiful setting to the wildlife. Lindsay has a majestic place in Oklahoma and I for one am glad she shares it with travelers and weekend campers. I will definitely return.

Excellent camping spot
We had an excellent time with plenty of room to roam around the campgrounds. We enjoyed seeing the horses, the stocked ponds, and the stars at night. We will be excited if we get another opportunity to camp on Lindsay’s land again as she was an excellent host.

I loved tent camping on Lindsey's land, it was beautiful, peaceful, and so tranquil. We walked the land before the sun went down and the bulls passed by our camp with one even approaching In the morning the horses were roaming and even came close to be pet. We really had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend your camp area to anyone. Thank you for allowing us such a peaceful weekend

Safe, Farm-style Oklahoma Stay

We are so thankful that our hosts provided a generator with fuel to compensate for their broken outlet. So kind. The property was rustic and had farm animals around. It was quiet and peaceful.
It is half an hour from town that offered plenty of dining options.

It was an inexpensive option. We are just starting out in vanlife and just looking for a cheap place to stay. Lindsay was friendly and worked hard to help us find the place. Hipcamp has the place listed as center of Elmore city But it’s a little bit SW of there.

We loved being so secluded and just able to come and go and feel okay leaving our stuff. We especially loved visiting with the horses each day! They were so friendly and just made the trip so special and memorable!

Lindsay was great and very helpful in showing us around the property. Horses ran past our camp one evening, it was great. Only a few other campers there, didn't really see anyone the entire 3 days we were there. Nice and quiet place, we had an excellent weekend. We will be back for sure! 🐎🐎

Nice property, beautiful horses, Lindsay was great 👍 👍 the back pond was gorgeous, very secluded but still welcoming, the roads are hard packed & easily managed even after a hard rain (which we got)
Excellent place to explore on ATVs as well, a bit slippery after the rain but that's expected (and totally fun!)
I will return here with the bike, definitely! Respect the beautiful equine, of course, and check out Lindsay's property (170 acres!) The $10 is minimal and totally underpriced, imo..... Thanks again, Lindsay!! 👍👍

Directions could have been more clear. We had trouble figuring out whether we needed to check-in. There were signs directing us to "hip camp check-in" but once we got to the check-in house it was very confusing what to do. The door was open but no one was inside. A note on the door would have been helpful.
Also, the trails to get to a campsite were not small car friendly. Would definitely recommend coming to this site with a vehicle able to withstand uneven tire tracks.
All to say, the landscape was beautiful and there was wildlife all around.

Lots of land and privacy. It was a little difficult to find but Lindsay was available for any questions. It was nice to see horses and cows. The night sky was impressive. I would recommend this space.
