When my husband brought me here for the first time, I started to notice all of the natural tree circles in the woods. I knew this place was magical and indeed has been. Please come and experience the energy of our forest. Our favorites include owls, deer, eagles ... to name just a few. Come to meditate, to reconnect, relax and be STILL. Learn more about this land: Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. We have created a wonderful site in the middle of the forest for you! Lovely oak trees as far as the eye can see, barred owls, deer, hundreds of species of birds. Feel free to explore in designated areas (ask me about other areas outside your campsite), feel nature's rejuvenating energy and be in our sacred space. The site is walk in only, about 100 yards, so bring your wheel barrow or cart, although the property is 15 acres in its entirety, the campsite is on about a quarter acre with one large central site and a few alcove sites. We do have neighbors up the hill, but there is NO Visual of these houses. Sometimes neighborhood kids ride their 4 wheelers down our road and use our cul-de-sac to turn around, and you might occasionally hear them, but you can't see them and they can't see you, but most of the time it's very quiet.Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. What to expect

Parking isn't available at the site. You will park a short distance away and walk to the site (1-5 mins)

You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

Campfires allowed
Firepit, private. Must be safe with extinguishing any fires after use, no fires during high winds, or local fire warnings, we have your own "fire pit" on the site. Can gather wood from our forest, only dead wood, DO NOT CUT DOWN ANY TREES !!!
Pets allowed
On leash. Off leash if the animal stays with you YOU MUST PICK UP THEIR POOP!!!!
No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets
Potable water available
Spigot, hose. Can provide water as requested
No showers
Must bring your own, can get water from our spigot to carry to site.
Pack it out
Take ALL your refuse with you, please pack out ALL HUMAN and ANIMAL FECES!!!!!!! Please pick up ALL of your trash!!!!!

The WIFI is an open network, signal might be weak as far as it is from the source.

Camping here was a great experience! The trail to the campsite was well maintained and everything was so scenic. It was very refreshing and we were able to see so many birds as well. Our toddlers had a blast and Monica was very helpful and kind!

Host was very nice and location was easy to find. If you are looking for a secluded and private camping spot, I would not recommend this one. Children from a nearby neighbors home were loud from 2pm-8pm. Dogs from neighboring homes were heard all day and night. Walk to campsite from parking spot was much more than the 10 feet promised in listing. We only stayed one night which was good because there is no possibility of exploring the forest. Would recommend if you want a short trip close to houses.

Charming, Clean Campsite

This was such an easy getaway from the city! Very easy to find, I didn't have any trouble, thanks to Monica's detailed directions. The property is very peaceful and well taken care of. There is a short walk to the campsite, so I suggest bringing a wagon or packing light if you don't to make several trips. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will likely be back in the future for more weekend getaways.

Perfect Site Close to OKC!

Last minute, I decided to book Monica’s campsite for a quick 24 hour getaway. It was exactly what I was looking for and just a tad over an hour’s drive from where I live. The site itself was private, spacious and clean. The surroundings were peaceful and I loved that there was a convenient place to put up my hammock. Monica was a wonderful host and I enjoyed chatting with her. I will definitely return in the future.

Great place for tent camping! Very pretty and very well set up and kept up with! Bugs are apparent of course but as long as you stay on the well marked trails you have very little to worry about! We got lucky to not see any dangerous wild life but sadly didn't see any cool wild life either ): just an unlucky time! Besides that it was gorgeous and I would 100% recommend. Take a good car like we did the roads getting there get pretty rough!

10/10 best place me and my friends have ever camped at would definitely recommend for anyone it was a great time and will definitely be back soon, there’s plenty of wood to burn enough hiking for an adventure and the owners treat you very nicely and with full respect.

Had to cancel due to crazy weather that just wouldn't let up, but Monica was very friendly and communicative about everything leading up to the intended trip, including following up to make sure all was okay when we hadn't shown by sundown. Made me feel like we were in good hands, so we will be trying again!

It was beautiful and very well maintained. There was a fire ban when we went but we were still allowed a charcoal grill. The trails were short, but fun.

What an amazing stay we had! With super busy schedules my husband and I had a little window to celebrate our anniversary and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. The host greeted us and had made us feel very comfortable. The campsite was clean and secluded. We were able to find plenty of firewood around. The stars were amazing! Overall it was great experience. We will be back!
