This property will help you reground and connect with nature. I have added the necessities of life, while keeping the property as natural as possible. My goal is to share this great experience I’ve created with you and your family.
From the outdoor shower to the walking trails that weave through the woods and over Tibbet Creek you will love your stay!
A couple of the sites are more remote than others by design. Not all can be driven up to. The furthest would be approximately a 500’ walk. A wagon is available to carry your items to your site.
There is a large pond if you would like to fish or swim, and a John boat and a paddle boat to use also.
Each site has its own fire pit with a cooking grate. Firewood available for purchase on site.
Most sites are set with views of a water feature.

We are a small bar and grill 12 miles west of Crivitz WI. Conveniently located right on the ATV and Snowmobile trails. There are plenty of lakes and steams for the avid fisherman. We are located just a few miles east of the Nicolet National Forest. We have great food and always a friendly atmosphere. So come on up and join us for a relaxing week or just a weekend.Camp in our nicely furnished tent cabins, Site #1 ( Bri's Hideaway) is furnished with a queen bed, love seat and refrigerator. Site #2 ( Adam's Getaway ) is furnished with a full bed, 1 cot style bunk beds and a refrigerator. We recommend bringing sleeping bags for both sites during the cool weather camping, we furnish some blankets but may not be adequate for the chilly nights in the later season. We are right on the ATV trails, with many lakes, rivers and trout streams close by. There is whitewater rafting nearby for the trill seekers. Or if you enjoy hiking, the Nichole National Forest is minutes away. You can relax on the front deck of your tent cabin or sit by the campfire. We are a small country bar & grill. We have a great Friday night fish fry, or try our famous chicken dinner, or one of our homemade pizzas, we have wraps, sandwiches and more. We are located 1 hour north of Green Bay, WI. The tent cabins will be open May 1st through October 31st with a shower room available. There is limited heating available in the units. Please plan accordingly. Due to the somewhat limited internet access at the camp sites, we may be unable to respond in a timely fashion to your email.

Welcome to Elmcrest Acres, located in an area known to locals as Devil's Creek. Originally this was a dairy farm started by my parents in the 40's. My dad had been selling Christmas trees since 1945 and when the milking got to be too much for my mom we converted it to a Christmas tree farm in 1979. Please feel free to use any wood you find already down in the woods or take from the numerous stick piles found near the campsites. Please do not use the cut firewood. The wood in the stick piles has been stacked for your use and is good dry wood that will provide you with hot fires. We do not even use the cut wood in the summer, spring, or fall.
My young children and I have worked hard to clear those sites and cut wood for our own personal use in the winter so please respect the effort we have put in so we can continue to enjoy our land and share this beautiful location with others.
There is no electric or water so please plan your trip accordingly. Please leave no trace and carry out what you bring in.
There are no toilets available so you will need to provide your own portable toilet. Peeing on a tree is fine, but no pooping in holes.
If you chose to drive down to the campsite by the creek you are doing so at your own risk as vehicles have gotten stuck trying to get back up especially after a rain fall and had to get towed out. It is recommended you park up on top and walk the short distance down. ATV/UTV are fine going down to the creek campsite.
The long driveway has plenty of room for multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats.
Absolutely no hunting or shooting of guns is allowed on the property.
Bears have been seen on the property so please use bear safe camping practices.
If your children use the ninja line or hammocks on site they do so at their own risk and we are not held liable for any injuries that may occur. You may notice a zip line. The seat will be removed and is not to be tampered with or used.
Quiet time is between 10pm-6am. No illegal activity (including fireworks) are allowed.
You may see us up there but we will respect your privacy and space. We welcome company and conversation but also respect you may prefer to be left alone.

I have a place to rest for a couple nights, there is a small non motorized lake across the road. Dunbar is not to far away and there you can find Thermal Chaos, it's a great bbq place, they also have great burgers and 24 hr 91 non ethanol gas. You can also try Richard's supper club for great food also. I am also right on the atv trail. Marinette country has many waterfalls to explore also.
Please follow the golden rule of camping and hiking is “leave no trace.” Anything you bring in, must be carried out. Please pack your waste, trash and recyclables, and take it with you when you leave.
You may use dead and downed wood as firewood, but do not cut live trees or brush. Keep fires small and make sure your campfire is out before you leave.

The farm has been in the family for four generations.
We don't have any livestock anymore and rent the fields to the neighbors but the home, outbuildings and five acres are well-loved and used as our home base and also for rustic weddings, graduation parties, reunions and barn dances.
In 1974, the farm was used as the location for the TV movie "Things in Their Season" starring Patricia O'Neal.
We put up one of the first barn quilts in the county and are on the route of the Bike the Barn Quilts bike ride (held last Saturday in September.)

We are a rustic wedding / event venue located mid-way on the Mountain Bay Trail, Wisconsin's longest rail-trail which runs about 90 miles from Weston to Green Bay. Fire pit available. Views of farmland all around. Quiet and peaceful but not secluded. (See pictures on Facebook Country Events at the Koeller Century Farm.) You can move tent into the machine shed (wood chip floor) during severe weather. There are electrical outlets to use to re-charge devices.

We stayed at one of the new primative tent sites and would highly recommend. The site fit our 8 person tent and screen tent, however some are a little smaller.
The hike in is slightly uphill and maybe 300 yds, they do have nice wagons to help haul, our kids(6 and 8) were able to manage this.

Very new but organized nicely. The entire site is clean and managed perfectly. This site will be beautiful once the trees grow a bit as some sites were quite bare and lacking appeal. The Swedish sauna/spa was awesome BUT not complete and we were unable to use. Dang it. The Lodge is stunning and has a great selection of items for sale-groceries, clothing, essentials, etc. Only gripe is The Lodge::: please price the items - we hate playing the ‘how much is this?’ game. Overall, we would love to camp here again in a year or so. Thank you! 😊

Had a nice relaxing time. It was super quiet, just nature to be heard. It was quite hot when we were there, but upon opening the cabin I saw there was A/C. Very nice to be able to cool off. Even with the 90+ heat we still were able to get some fishing and mushrooming in and had a good time.

Great spot for tent camping. We had the place to ourselves which was really nice. I wouldn't want to be there when people were at the other site though. It just wouldn't be private enough. The hostess was extremely nice and checked in on us. Everything about the spot was just as described and the setting couldn't be prettier especially at night when the lights come on on the property. Great spot to see tons of stars too.

River Forst Campground is beautiful and located in the Northwoods. Sites are large under a canopy of trees. Kayaking, rafting, tubing can be scheduled and they take you and pick you up. Restrooms and showers were cleaned everyday. They have the best camp store …. Plenty of beer choices if you runout 😉, ice cream, ice. Wood is delivered to your site if you order prior to arrival. Large sites for RV trailers and multiple tents. We were worried about not having water hookups for 6 days but it ended up not being an issue due to bathrooms and hot showers being available and CLEAN! We rented kayaks and had a blast going down the Wolf River with 4 sets of class 2 rapids. If you are adventurous there is a river trip with more rapids which I will do on our next visit. There is a great hiking trail that you can walk to from the campground that takes you along the Wolf River- many spots along the trail to hang your hammock to enjoy the sounds of nature 💕 They also had a massage therapist come over the weekend which was a nice treat and unexpected. The staff is all very helpful but the owners Rafael and Amy make you feel like family. They gave us excellent recommendations for hikes, sites, and Friday fish fry in the area. This was our first time staying at River Forest Campground and we will be back.

Great location next to amenities of Door County. 15 minutes away from Eagle Tower in Peninsula State Park. Wine and cheese tasting less than 5 miles, food nearby, and beautiful Lakeview vides. Very pleasant place to camp nearby. We are cherry lovers, so there are plenty of cherry based foods here. Would definitely stay again!

Fun campground with everything you need and more. Staff is so nice and helpful. Enjoyed the sports bar, live music band and the food truck smash burger was delicious. Also appreciated the clean restrooms & private showers. Better than a hotel at a fraction of the price. I rode my bike into downtown Sister Bay from the campground, the town was packed with people so it was nice to have a quiet camp with lots of space to relax to return to.

Absolutely planning to visit this site again! The owners are very pleasant, quick to message, respond and provide amenities. Tucked away spot if you don't know its there you would miss it. Big and open area, great for big groups. Right on the river so we brought our kayaks and dipped it. The area has beautiful hiking trails and places to explore. 10/10 recommend booking!

Tyler's lot was the perfect headquarters for us on our tour of Door County. The area is nice and quiet, we were able to see the stars and even some fire flies! Power available but make sure you have long cords, although hosts were able to provide and extension cord as well since the hookup is a bit far from camp. Overall, great experience!

We really enjoyed staying on Nate's property. He did a really great job being a host asking if we needed anything. He helped my husband's get things set up outside for a camper. He even helped blow up our daughters outside canoe. We would definitely go there again.

Kathy's spot was just what we needed as a family of 4 traveling from the L.P. across the U.P. of Michigan. The site is private, well kept and a true paradise for anyone seeking quiet and solitude. Absolutely gorgeous property. We will back!

its camping behind a bar in a rural area. about what youd expect. friendly people all around. When i stayed people were shooting trap in the daytime almost everyday but at night its quiet and you can see a lot of stars.

I loved the tent camping. The camp sites and famcilities were very clean. Firewood and camping essentials were available for purchase on site. The community hammocks were a great touch. We will definitely be back.
