Imagine waking up to the sound of songbirds, and smelling the fresh salty air! Sipping your morning camp coffee with views of the Admiralty Inlet, while you take in the breathtaking views of the shiping traffic including the Coupeville/Keystone Ferry. The campsite also has views of the stunning Olympic mountain range and crocket lake, which is a wetland preserve just a few minutes away. The preserve is one of the most important birding areas in Washington State. Every year, more than 230 species of birds breed, nest, feed and rest. We love all the bird songs, we hope you will too. Have an afternoon bike ride down to the beach, lake or down town Historic Coupeville. Meadows and wild life will abound all around you during your stay. You may even get the opportunity to be visited by a momma dear and her baby fawn! Launch your boat at keystone spit boat launch/ramp park, salmon fish Ebys beach and trout fish nearby lakes. Hike famous Ebys bluff above Ebys beach. Enjoy windsurf activities on Crocket lake and fly kites and explore fort Casey. Many nearby stables provide horse back riding. Clam dig, swim and escape into paradise. Update: On 7/19/23 our outdoor shower and toilet was completed. We used 99% recycled materials from the property left over from remodles we have been doing to our own home. We are not builders, but Johns good at math, and i'm creative so we put our minds together to bring you this extra camping bonus! Anyone care to shower snuggled up to the woods in a private setting?

We manage our landscapes and gardens for aesthetics, supreme health, smart design elements, ease of use, and maximum function. Tiny house building is our newest long-term endeavor. Nursery cultivation is another element we are excited about and committed to. Hosting gatherings and ceremonies is another priority for our collective community. We have high work ethics and aspirations and aim to create an epic scene for all to enjoy. We have a bath house in the works. It will have a kitchenette, a wood-fired sauna, water closet, shower, heated floors, an epic spa-like environment, and a hot tub. Please see photos of the progress.

Enjoy the best views from your private campsite complete with a picnic table and relaxing adirondack chairs to end the day watching the sunset.Easy access to the water for your kayak or canoe!  Enjoy some of the most amazing birdwatching the state has to offer. Eagles and Herron, Redwing black birds, ducks and Canadian Geese making several daily appearances.  Spend Hours exploring around this little gem area of the Pacific NW. Golf, swimming and casino all close by.  Easy on/off from I-5Guests love it here: "We can not say enough about Robin and her place. It’s private and quiet. She welcomed us warmly with a print out of tides, things to do and general information about the area. We had one day of sun and one day of a storm with 50 mile an hour winds. The storm was amazing to watch tucked into our side of the property. Close to parks, hikes and Bellingham. For people with small children there is a playground just a few houses away. Bring boots or old shoes for low tide. This is by far one of the best places, and hosts, we have had while hip camping. We will be back often this fall and winter."

Bob and Rose's Pumpkin Patch

1 site · RV1 acre · Lummi Island, WA
When we purchased this property it was covered with black berry bushes, we did not even know what might be underneath when we started to clear it. At first we just wanted a garden but the deer ate the blueberries so we planted pumpkins. They were a success, in fact one year we gave a pumpkin to each Beach School kindergartner. Later on we decided to set it up as with RV hook ups for our friends and that is how we got to where we are now. We love to share Lummi Island, it is a special place. Park your camping trailer or RV, water, electricity, both 110 and 30 amp service, sewer (septic hook up) are ready for you. Once you're set up, start exploring. The beach, blizzard trail, ride your bike, bring your kayak or just sit back and take in views all the way to Canada. Lummi Island does have a grocery store, near the ferry landing, but, best to stock your meals from home as the store has limited supplies. There is only one restaurant on Lummi Island the Beach Store Cafe, moderate prices but only open Thursday thru Sunday. The best part of Lummi Island is the tranquility, kick back and enjoy fresh air, beach walks, outstanding sunsets and quiet nights. Pets OK, please pick up after pet and have a leash.

Skagit river camping

17 sites · RVs, Tents3 acres · Sedro Woolley, WA
End of the road. Start of an epic camping weekend. River to the side, Cascade foothill mountains surround. One flush toilet, porta potty and shower. Each site has river access. Sand and grass. Close to the north cascades. Minutes from live music, bars and quality mexican restaurant. Rails to trail for bikes and walking. Tward the end of july the river starts to recede opening up more possibilities of having interaction with the river. That being said its crucial you keep an eye out on your kids. We had a guy out here who almost killed his kids multiple times underestimating the current. Watch out!!Kinda going for the peaceful, listen to the river and birds, vibe. Would rather there be no music and if there is then super low and off by 7

Cedar Glen

2 sites · RVs1 acre · Port Townsend, WA
A fairly secluded and very pretty piece of land just outside of Port Townsend with lots of amenities and very easy access to the Larry Scott section of the Olympic Discovery trail, making an easy walk or ride to everything Port Townsend has to offer. Choose from different camping options, including a pad for small RVs with available power and water, to a drive up site with room for a couple of tents, to a private walk/bike in site in the woods. There is a central area with firepit and grate, gas BBQ, two burner gas cooker, large table, sink, picnic table and benches/chairs. For hygeine there is a large regularly serviced porta potty and tankless water heater with shower. Accomodations can be made for people traveling light, such as providing dishes, firewood, a tent, hammock and possibly other amenities and services. This is a great base camp for exploring Port Townsend and the Olympic Peninsula.

The River's Edge Camp Ground

1 site · RV1 acre · Concrete, WA
This is a hidden gem! This is waterfront on the river where you can relax, play in the river with your own beach for your stay. It's a Very beautiful private open RV and Trailer Site on the Skagit River. I have currently owned the property for 10 or so years. This is one of my happy places to bring friends and family and relax. This is where we get our river therapy. Nothing better than sitting by the camp fire watching the river flow and listening to the nature. There is a nice big fire pit as well as a log picnic table. Lots of room to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Watch the eagle and fish on the river as you sit by the campfire. Kayak down the river from RockPort bridge and pull out right at camp. It's about a two and half hour float down with a Kayak right to camp. Close drive to Baker Lake for the day to hike or sight see. An hour or so away from North Cascade Hwy passes. Or if you feel like a drive, head to Winthrop for the day and walk the town. Fishing can be done right at the site or a short walk to the point. Check the fishing regulations for the time of year you want to fish.
