Please note the following about The Field: The Field is exactly that - a large, open, grassy field. There are no shade trees so it is recommended that you bring your own shade, if you desire any. The Field does not have any lighting - it is recommended that you do not arrive after dark. The Silverline Resort is a no generator park, however we do allow generators to be used in The Field, but they must be turned off during quiet hours (10pm - 8am). During the winter (typically end of November/early December through April/May) part of Highway 20 and driving access to the park is closed. You are still able to get to our dome using Highway 20 as that part is open all year round, but you are unable to access the park. You are able to drive to the entrance, park and snow shoe in if you'd like. The part of Highway 20 that is closed is on the west side at milepost 134 at the Ross Dam Trailhead and on the east side, at milepost 171 at the Silver Star Gate, near Mazama. An alternative hiking destination for the winter months is the Rockport State Park which is only a 4 minute drive from the dome. You are able to purchase a day pass on your phone once you arrive.

Secluded river haven nestled on the west bank of the glacially fed North Fork of the Nooksack river, this peaceful property sits directly on the river bank surrounded by wildlife and nature. Big leaf maple trees provide shade throughout the day. Resident bald eagles, the occasional brown eagle, blue heron, trout, owls, beavers and all five species of native salmon are a few potential wildlife encounters. Various types of edible berries including salmonberries, thimbleberries, elderberries, mountain blackberries, huckleberries and of course blackberries. Every morning provides a symphony of song birds welcoming the rising sun with a good chance of sharing the river with bald eagles and blue herons. Beautiful sunrises overlooking the North Fork and pink alpenglow over slide mountain with the setting sun. 30 minutes from Bellingham bay, 30 minutes from Mount Baker ski area and extensive hiking trails and mountain lakes, 30 minutes from the Canadian border, 45 minutes from North Cascades National Park. This location is 30 minutes from Mt Baker Ski Resort and artist point! We have a few "walk-to" sites, to pitch a tent and have a blast! Each site is very secluded and fit for 6-12 people, depending on site . Take a breath of fresh air and relax! Enjoy the lake, it's great for dipping your feet in and enjoying the wildlife. Also, we hope you enjoy the forest full of trees and the songbirds that live in them! Watch eagles and other wildlife in their natural habitat and enjoy your stay!! (Experiences may vary.) Also, if you're berry inclined, there's huckleberries, wild blueberries, salmon berries, wild black berries and more🤗 Amenities on-site include drinking water, a super clean porta-potty and picnic tables! *There can be some neighborhood noise, generally it's during the day and quiet after 5pm. **Although there may be noise, the campsites are completely secluded and way better than campgrounds and crowded state park camping, you hardly know anyone else is here. ***The woodsy setting, birds chirping and fresh berries make up for it all!

Close proximity to a couple resturants and gas stations. When we pulled in saw a bunch of deer. Friendly staff , have bathrooms and laundry on site. Would definitely recommend

We have the absolute best time staying at Micheals cabin this past weekend. He is a fantastic host, very welcoming (He even came to us to show us a brand new chick he was keeping warm in his jacket!) The cabins are lovely, have everything you need for a comfortable stay in the woods. The local area is beautiful and we made some amazing steaks over the fire. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a little affordable get away!

I loved my stay in Michael's Woodland Cabin. It was the perfect blend of tiny house living and camping. The outdoor bath under the stars and short hiking trail in the forest through lush ferns and moss made my stay even more special! Perfect spot to unplug completely (or even sneak in a little work while enjoying the view of the mountains and reliable internet, to boot). Add in the easy check-in/out, quick responses to questions and friendly host means I will be back!

What a great spot, just across the road from the Skagit River. Very relaxing and beautiful! They were super nice to us and both the camp host and maintenance guy helped us get to a spot. We had some issues early on with getting to the campground, but after a three day delay we made it. We will certainly stay here again!

He provided everything we needed so packing was light. The bathtub was a wonderful addition and both of us (both 6 foot plus) could fit comfortably inside. Will recommend!

This was a pretty great little spot. The cabin is small, but it had a good setup with a hotplate, sink, fridge, & microwave. There was a big very comfortable mattress in the loft. The bathroom wasn’t too far away across the parking area and it was well maintained, with a flush toilet and a sink. Everything during my stay was very clean. I walked down to the lake, and it was about 10 minutes on a nice trail through the woods which meets up with the main road just before the lake. Property has a horse, goats and other animals. It’s quite a nice place, the host was very friendly and I will definitely be back in the summer.
