Your camping lot is located in a beautiful wooded lot surrounded by trees and vegetation, and a creek that wraps around the property. It includes a large fire pit, 8 Adirondack chairs, a bench overlooking the creek, and a picnic table. During a burn ban, we provide a propane fire bowl as well as a propane tank that is available for use but not kept full by us. We are located in Marblemount, WA along the Cascade river. Every site we have you can hear the river and walk to in less that 5 minutes. There is an amazing rocky beach along the river with the view of mountains all around.
We are located 4 minutes from the town of Marblemount were there is 2 gas stations with some food and drink items, propane and a small hardware section year round. Marblemount has 3 restaurants open in the summer. The town also a post office.
We are 15 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and an entrance to the Pacific Crest Trail.
We offer fire wood ($5.00 a bundle), propane fire pits ($15.00 a night, please request ahead via messaging to Heather ) and in season vegetables (price varies depending). You can pay cash or Venmo on site.
Please be aware that we have a Firework show for the 4th of July.

Nestled in the heart of the Tamihi Recreational Area, just 20 minutes from town, our property offers a rare blend of seclusion and adventure. Surrounded on three sides by lush, moss-draped forest and bordered on the fourth by the stunning Chilliwack River, it’s a true nature lover’s paradise.
Enjoy a spacious riverside beach, great for swimming during the summer and fall & has world-class fishing. The area features Class I–IV rapids, ideal for whitewater kayaking, with Chilliwack River Rafting just minutes away.
There isn't river access at the sites. The stairs to the beach are through the covered picnic shelter. There is now a light wire fence along the river in riverfront sites for some protection because of the drop-off & undercut banks (not shown in the pictures).
We have an endless network of trails and logging roads, perfect for ATVs (ride directly out of our gate), hiking, and biking. Whether you’re seeking adrenaline or tranquility, this property offers both.
ATV's are idle in - idle out only.
QUIET, well-mannered, leashed pets are welcome if you pick up after them.
LONG WEEKENDS are a minimum of 3 nights.
CHILDREN MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times!
FIREWOOD is $9. for a large feed bag full & is available between 8 AM and 8 PM.
BEEF and EGGS: We have grass-fed Black Angus beef for sale and we occasionally have eggs from our pastured chickens.

There is ample space for tent, car, or RV parking. There is power and a honey bucket for your convenience.
There is NO running water, you will need to pack in and out your own water, food, and trash.
To get to the river there is a trail to the right of the property that is public land, along with the trails to the river. It's just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The water can be really cold and swift so please be careful and mindful!
All of the properties that are along the river are privately owned. There is no noise restriction or curfew as you might find in a camp ground. There also multi use trails for humans and small off road vehicles. They are friendly and watch for pedestrians as far as we have experienced.
Warning⚠️ friendly dog alert! Reedus is the nextdoor neighbor’s dog and has lived off leash all of his life. He is very friendly even though he looks big. He just wants to say hi. If you aren’t dog people or are afraid of them this might not be the property for you.

Mature trees tower over your nightly campfire. Listen for the funny sounds ravens and crows make talking to each other. Last year, a robin raised her babies in a low stump, letting us all watch them grow.

Huckleberry Hideout is situated at the top of a steep driveway. CAUTION: Longer vehicles tend to drag on the pavement as they transition from the highway to our driveway. Situated at the foot of Sauk Mountain, this is forest land. Here you will find cedar, maple, hemlock, and Douglas fir trees. Bordered by a state park, a national forest, and a rushing, spring-fed creek, it is mostly peaceful here. If you are anywhere near the creek, you will hear it. Being right on Highway 20, we do get some traffic noise. And sometimes, the local fire department siren sounds off to call the volunteers.
From here, it is about a 35 mile drive to the North Cascades National Park Visitor Center.

The river is a 30 second-1 minute walk from the campsite. Perfect area to pitch a hammock and enjoy the sounds of nature. The campground is 5 miles away from the Mazama Store which sells amazing food (sandwiches, pastries, cookies, and the famous Sea Salt Baguettes). If you choose to camp here, please know that this is our beloved family property. Please take care of it by cleaning up after yourselves and not touching our private things on the property. Enjoy two tiny homes as your base camp for adventure in the Cascade Mountains. This is the river escape you have been dreaming of! With views of Sauk Mountain, Mt. Kulshan/Mt. Baker and Skagit River access that is a 5 min away, heaven on earth can be found here.
There is a gazebo for shade and a large concrete slab with a picnic table for you to enjoy. To the right of the gazebo is a grass landing that has room for a few tents. Just behind that grass landing is a fire pit that can be used when fire bans are not in affect.
There is also a RV pad with electric hook up.

There is ample space for tent, car, or RV parking. There is power and a honey bucket for your convenience.
There is NO running water, you will need to pack in and out your own water, food, and trash.
To get to the river there is a trail to the right of the property that is public land, along with the trails to the river. It's just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The water can be really cold and swift so please be careful and mindful!
All of the properties that are along the river are privately owned. There is no noise restriction or curfew as you might find in a camp ground. There also multi use trails for humans and small off road vehicles. They are friendly and watch for pedestrians as far as we have experienced.
Warning⚠️ friendly dog alert! Reedus is the nextdoor neighbor’s dog and has lived off leash all of his life. He is very friendly even though he looks big. He just wants to say hi. If you aren’t dog people or are afraid of them this might not be the property for you.

Two distinct spaces are leveled, one with a soft dirt pad perfect for tent camping and one of leveled gravel intended for your RV or sprinter van. Hook into water to have it running inside your camper. Gray water disposal is available on site so there's no need to look for another place.
Mature trees tower over your nightly campfire. Listen for the funny sounds ravens and crows make talking to each other. Last year, a robin raised her babies in a low stump, letting us all watch them grow.

Huckleberry Hideout is situated at the top of a steep driveway. CAUTION: Longer vehicles tend to drag on the pavement as they transition from the highway to our driveway. Situated at the foot of Sauk Mountain, this is forest land. Here you will find cedar, maple, hemlock, and Douglas fir trees. Bordered by a state park, a national forest, and a rushing, spring-fed creek, it is mostly peaceful here. If you are anywhere near the creek, you will hear it. Being right on Highway 20, we do get some traffic noise. And sometimes, the local fire department siren sounds off to call the volunteers.
From here, it is about a 35 mile drive to the North Cascades National Park Visitor Center.

We had the whole place to our place during our stay which was fantastic! Host was great to give us privacy. Awesome base-camp for North Cascade adventures. My pup and I enjoyed the river, easily spent our time there after our hikes.
We had a visit from an offleash husky on 2nd day morning (not sure if it’s the owners). He was quite friendly and got along with my pup well (something to keep in mind if your dog does well with other dog).
3rd day- he came back early morning-we were still asleep, but saw peeping his head through the mesh opening. Again, we didn’t mind-but he also urinated on all corners of our tent-which left us with heavy urine smell-I did manage to wash it off afterwards, but smell did linger on our tent.
Other than that incident-place was quiet & peaceful (again we were the only one there). Site 7 is the most private, 8-10 is next 1-6 is more open.

Michele has a kind heart and her animals are as sweet as pea. Very relaxing. Plenty of wildlife activity to watch on the river (bears, jumping sturgeon, osprey carrying fish). And it’s a short drive into Hope from the cabin.

We loved it! Very secluded spot with a great east-facing view of the mountain and sunrise. Night sky views were spectacular. Campsite was clean and easy to access. Follow the host’s directions to the farm, because Apple Maps may put you in a neighboring farm’s driveway and on the wrong side of the fence.
Also, the overall location is a nice midway point between Concrete’s restaurants/stores and Rockport’s fishing spots or further on to North Cascades NP.

Stayed here during early September. Directions were easy. Great open space good for combination of tents or trailers. We didn't have to share the space so we had it all to ourselves. POrta potty was clean and easily accessible. Only downside are the dogs. Most nights they were fine with sporadic barking, but one night something was setting them off till late (11pm). Would definitely recommend and book again!

Campsite 3 felt secluded behind bushes and trees which was exactly what I wanted for my partner and I to enjoy our stay. With a campfire, picnic bench, and enough space for honestly 3 tents this was spacious and way more than what we needed. Running tap water onsite made it perfect for dishes and washing hands. Mike was polite, quick to respond and a humble host. Very great overall experience on his camp grounds.

Heather communicated well with us from reservation to the day of. Her place is clean, well-kept including the pit toilet. Every spot is a short walk to the river with breathtaking views and several areas where getting in feels both safe and fun for all/most ages. She even has gorilla carts to haul down to the river and walk-in camp sites. Great place to unplug for a few days, and one we’ll keep in mind for future camping trips.
