Choose your perfect spot from 8 different sites (power and water) in the campground. Each site used is $60 (Memorial Day until Labor Day). No need to choose site beforehand, just book and you can choose your site once you arrive as your party will be the only ones there to enjoy the great outdoors! After Memorial Day, there is a porta potty on site. There is a large firepit and plenty of wood for fires (when there isn't a fire ban). There are trails all over for walking or there are trailheads just a short drive away if you want to hike. The river is a 30 second-1minute walk from the campsite. Perfect area to pitch a hammock and enjoy the sounds of nature. The campground is 5 miles away from the Mazama Store which sells amazing food (sandwiches, pastries, cookies, and the famous Sea Salt Baguettes). There is also a portable basketball hoop and a tether ball pole. Group rates available. SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER and MAY campers: There is no water and power, however you are still welcomed to camp at a reduced rate.Located in the heart of the North Cascades, this property offers many outdoor opportunities from hiking to rock climbing nearby. This family campground has been in the family since 1976. It offers 8 power and water hookups, with a large covered picnic table, and a large approved firepit (only used during non-ban times). There is a portable basketball hoop and a tetherball pole. The property goes right up to the beautiful Lost River, where there are rocks galore for Rockhounds, or just sitting and enjoying the views and sounds of Nature! This area is one of the best Dark Sky places to star-gaze. It is our place to get away and enjoy the beautiful outdoors without being right next to others. Group Rates available!

We had a great time. Our site was next to the river (200 ft or so) which was perfect for cooling off from the upper 90s temperatures. we absolutely loved the Mazama store and the public house across the street from the store. Make sure you follow her directions because it’s a little confusing. And GPS and really screw you up. Tracy was very helpful with all my stupid questions I had. We were the only ones there.

Hidden gem
This spot was a gem! It was 100 degrees but there was plenty of shade and the river pools to float around in and stay cool. I will be back thank you for sharing such a cool peaceful spot to enjoy.

We had such a good time!! My dog Poppy had a great time roaming the property, and playing in the river. The property is in a really private area and it was so relaxing!

No complaints, all good !!!
We rolled in and had the whole place all to ourselves, took #2 site which is a very short walk to the river. The area is beautiful and peaceful, the sound of the river is great way to unwind. Loved the Mazama store and the Public House is an excellent place for dinner and cider. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Nice and spacious, and of course a great location! No water/electricity available when we stayed but we didn’t need that, just needed a base camp for hikes in the area, which this campground is perfect for!
