We offer two options for RV enthusiasts: Covered RV Site: Ideal for smaller 24-foot RVs or trailers, this site provides shelter and coziness for your stay. Open RV Site: A larger space without coverage, perfect for larger RVs or those who prefer more space to spread out. Accessing our site involves a half-mile dirt road, which is in decent condition but best navigated at a slow pace. The road culminates in a steep incline, but rest assured, numerous RVs have successfully made the ascent. The charming town of Republic, boasting a delightful brewery and several excellent restaurants, is a mere 2 miles away. Both RV sites feature 50-amp electrical service but currently lack additional hookups. For convenience, an outhouse is provided if you prefer not to use your RV's facilities. Please note that while the RV sites share the property with a cabin, we ensure that only one accommodation option is rented out at a time, ensuring your privacy. Rates are $40 per night for each site. Alternatively, you can secure the entire property (both sites) for yourself for $60 per night. Perched atop a small mountain, our property offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the charming old western town of Republic, as well as stunning rock formations and majestic mountains in every direction. We always greet and escort you to your site, so please arrive as close to Check-In time as possible. NOTE: It is 3 1/2 miles on a dirt county road to reach the Ranch; at various times of the year it is quite bumpy (and dusty)! If you have questions about the campsites please let us know. If all sites are booked, contact us anyway- we may be able to create a spot just for you! We have room to grow but are doing it slowly. Each campsite is very private, but the sounds of neighbors down in the valley below do travel during the day. This is also a working Ranch so please be aware that there are sounds associated with our activities (although far above the campsites)- the sheep, pigs, and goats get excited at feeding time; the dogs bark while doing their jobs sometimes during the night; the rooster announces the break of dawn. However, none of that detracts too much from the soothing music of the forest! ~ Take in the native flora and fauna on our self-guided "Woodland Walk". ~ The Ranch is perfect for bird watching and stargazing! ~ The Ranch borders State Land and is within 1 mile of the Colville National Forest which means endless miles of picturesque hiking and wildlife viewing! The Ferry County Rail Trail is a must-do. ~ Swimming, fishing, boating, and water skiing are only 15 minutes away at Curlew Lake State Park and the Kettle River. ~ One bundle of firewood, 15 gallons of potable water, and a compost toilet are included with your stay. BYOTP though. :) ~ Ranch-grown eggs and organic produce for your meals are seasonally available for purchase. WILDLIFE: There is a wide range of wildlife around the Ranch- snowshoe hare, grouse, turkey, bobcat, Canada lynx, coyote, cougar, wolf, and black bear. Please use common sense while camping! Always be aware of your surroundings. Keep garbage secure in a vehicle. - There are also ticks in the area!

This is my piece of heaven on Earth. This is also a work in progress. A cabin will be added later on along with a travel trailer to offer for rent. With no cell service on the property it offers a great way to unplug and unwind. This is also a family oriented site.Learn more about this land:This is 20 acres of heavy forested site at about 4,000ft elevation. It offers mountainous train with some flat areas. The Colville National Forest is at the back of the property with 2 lakes about 1/4 of a mile away. Winter time snowmobiling. Most likely have to snowmobile into site in winter. There is a horse corral on site. This is a dry site or self contained. Please carry in carry out. ATVs are welcome. Mountain climbing in the area. The town is about 16 miles away. Experienced campers with fire arms is recommended. This site is in the heart of bear country. If you are new to backwoods camping or are not experienced with fire arms please do not be discouraged. We are on site and armed. We will provide armed escort at the campers request.

During burn ban season meals can either be provided or I can provide an appropriate cooking option. This is fully off grid. Hunting is permitted during appropriate seasons and meeting local and state requirements. Being only 16 miles from town can make for a fun day. They offer an official fossil dig in the summer. Also some winter activities. With nice restaurants, coffeehouse or bars with some local entertainment.

Hello and welcome to the ranch, named for my horse. Vicki and Adam chose this property, while looking for raw land to purchase, then flip. Instead, we found this lovely place with 2 ponds, a year round creek, and river frontage. Our intent is to live here fulltime, and to host you, your families, and friends. Come spend some time in this slice of paradise soin!Learn more about this land:For the 2018 season, amenities are at a bare minimum. Tent camping, or car/trailer camping are both encouraged. There is no rv hookup at this time. Water jugs can be filled at the well. Horse owners should bring portable fencing, this season. Campsite #1 lies above Bristol-blu Lake, which is open to all our guests. There will be a fire circle for cooking and and festivities. Site #1 is very close to the well, across the driveway. Campsite #1 rents for $25/night. There is a cabin on campsite #2, which includes private access to the dock, on the Westfork of the San Poil River. Also there are 2 firewood grillers, 1 of which doubles as the campfire. There are 2 picnic tables included, one on the cabin deck, and 1 between the two cooking grillers. Campsite #2 rents for $60/night. Campsite #3 is closest to the road, and provides a view of Blu Silver Pond, which is actually the Westfork of the San Poil River, backed up by an extensive beaver dam. Included at this time is a single fire circle. Campsite #1 rents for $25/night.
